A simple Youtube search will reveal that in fact this has been attempted:
Wake up and be awesome
Just so you know, glitchless speedruns won't be accepted to SDA if the game has possible glitches that can be abused. Which Skyrim CERTAINLY has
I wouldn't completely discount glitchless being accepted, but the absence of glitches has to a) count enough for a different category and b) be reasonably entertaining in its own right.

Calling a run "glitchless" is a very bad definition since it's not possible to determine exactly what counts as a glitch or not. Everyone also has their own view of what they consider being a glitch and what they consider being "normal", so it's not exactly something to base a category upon. Categories needs to be objectively defined.

We usually try to think in terms of large-skips instead. It is difficult for everyone to agree what counts as a glitch or not, but very easy for people to agree upon what counts as a large skip and what doesn't. Therefore we have regular "any%" and "any% with large-skip glitches" as different categories. The regular any% is still expected to make full use of any non-large skip glitches of course.

Tomb Raider 3 has a glitchless run on SDA: http://speeddemosarchive.com/TombRaider3.html
Exoray
Those are large-skip and regular run, just using the Tomb Raider running community labeling. The pages are old. If they saw an update they'd be re-labeled to avoid future confusion such as this.
