I was recently on ebay (i was searching for an N64 controller) and i've found (i'm sure that a lot of people have found this before me and ask if it was good or not) these Gamecube Style replacement thumbstick for an N64 controller (in case that your thumbstick broke or something else) and i was wondering: Are these replacement controllers are good or bad?

First, i want to tell that i run OoT and that some tricks/glitches use a specific angle on the controller so i want to know if these are like the original or worst (N64).

Second, i've seen these fake N64 controllers and i've learn that their thumbsticks are terrible, so i want to be sure that my controller will not be bad with a new thumbstick like the fake one

That's all, i hope that someone can tell me if these thumbsticks worth it.

Most of them are pretty bad. They're way too sensitive; a slight movement on the GC-style stick equates to a huge movement on a real N64 stick.

Dang, whatever, i personally think that the N64 controller is thebest one (even if the stick is pretty bad)

But, what about these: http://www.stoneagegamer.com/images/detailed/9/n64_replacementjoystick_repairbox01.jpg

Are these bad as well

I've never used that kind, but I hear they're also pretty bad. Your best bet is probably to try finding a used first-party controller in decent condition.

I changed out a N64 for a GC style stick and also had sensitivity problems.  I go an off brand regular style N64 stick as a replacement once also: and it refused to go right.  It just doesn't go right at all.  But I don't know which brand it was.
