Don't know what to speedrun :(
I'm trying to think of what I might want to play/speedrun next and I'm drawing a blank. Looking for some suggestions.

Some parameters/notes:
-- I have the following consoles: PS2, Xbox360, Wii. So any game on those systems is an option.
-- I had a lot of fun running Muramasa. So a game like Muramasa would be good; i.e. a beat-em-up with a little depth where the fights have some complexity and strategy involved.
-- I'm definitely not interested in running an FPS game on a console.
-- Along the same vein action adventure style platformer games would be good too.
-- Shinobi (PS2) or Ninja Gaiden (360) might be good candidates but I'm not going to open either of those can of worms.
-- I don't know if "The shorter the better" is right but it would be nice to run a sub 1 hour game at least once.
-- Does not need to be a game that is currently has runs but ideally the game should be/have been popular enough in its time (if not a current game) that I won't feel like I'm the only one that gives a crap if I decide to run it.
-- I've played Dust which is kind of like Muramasa but for whatever reason I'm just not that interested in that game from a speedruning perspective.

Hopefully those parameters can help constrain the list to stuff I might be interested in. Thanks for your suggestions and feel free to suggest something that doesn't fit my list if you think it really deserves it.

Now Reap The Whirlwind!
Metal Gear Rising Revengence? Dante's Inferno? DmC: Devil May Cry? I also personally like the Prototype games.

Odin Sphere!

It's basically Muramasa. It's definitely longer than an hour though.
Heavy Metal Powered
Epic Mickey, the first one (the second one is pretty much only speedrunnable as a co-op thanks to awful AI of Oswald)
Gonna be way over an hour though.
Don't know what to speedrun :(
Hmm I suppose odin sphere is a possibility but from what I remember of when I played it casually I got tired of it because I don't like farmville. Is a speedrun of it different?
I'm going to go on record saying that running Odin Sphere is probably not what you're looking for if you liked running murasama.  The game is _really_ long and _really_ repetitive (not to mention laggy and unresponsive), and you're going to need to develop some really good damage-dealing strategies for the bosses (since you can't actually last against them for more than a hit or two without powerleveling HP, which would take way too long for a speedrun as far as I can tell).  The actual action isn't really all that interesting, the entire run would come down to routing out the best path through each chapter, and good item/psypher-level/hp-level management, and just dealing with the general bullshit of enemies that can't be stunlocked or avoided effectively.
I want off the ride....

^ You can also include that it would take a few detours to get really good/strong recipes to help out with the bosses. As the P recipe is godlike, but i think thats on the way, but there are power boosting ones and such.

Also you'd probably have to manage your psypher to a much higher degree to the point of even purposefully releasing to just get that little bit more exp at points.
raising the stakes on being bad!
hmm, the only thing that comes to mind on the ps2 is dynasty warriors, but every time I think of that in a speed running format it scares me ( and it also devolves into hit and run when your under-leveled and under-equipped).
on the Wii No More Heroes is a good one, but I'm not sure how long/short it would be....
and for the 360 Bayonetta or Devil May Cry 1-4 might worth a look.
sorry I could help more, but I mainly play RPG's so this is a little out of my field of games
