It drags out the battle for a reason.  It puts emphasis on the final blow by the girl which is hilarious!

I don't think they meant to drag the battle out or make any sort of meta-commentary on FF or whatever. I think they're just a bunch of lame kids who like FF so much they decided to LARP it.

The fake area transition scenes at the beginning was definitely what I liked the most. It went downhill only after they entered the house, heh.

I used to LARP. It was really stupid but really funny. We almost got arrested once when we were LARP:ing in a city and my friend "casted" fire on me with a lighter. He started swinging it and he yelled: FIRES OF HELL!!!! The cops were walking around and thought we were crazy. They came over and we explained it to them and they still though we were crazy but they didin`t arrest us. So the morale of the story is: DON`t LARP.
