I don't think I ever officially announced that was the purpose of it, but quite a few people have been using it for just that (or just to spout random gibberish, that's cool too) so I assumed it was clear enough. I'll be changing the word on it once I decide what I want it to say (suggestions welcome, but probably over in the Evangelism thread is a better place to discuss it).

Interesting. From what I've seen most people understood that it's just a replacement for whatever you would have put in the PM you sent me to offer to verify.
