I annoyed my friend by wanting to go on and not collect treasures. Thinking of that, I am now wondering of a possibiliy of speedrunning Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicals. Each part that's good and sped well would be about 5 minutes each, I think. Any takers?

This doesn't strike me as a game that would take well to speedrunning...  The stats and fact that you can power up your character makes the competition automatically potentially unbalanced.  Things carry over from play to play, meaning that a group of individual level runs may not work well.  On the other hand, I'm not sure how well a continuous play run would work out...  the game is fairly long, from my recollection.  Thought it could certainly be interesting to see a co-op run done for this.

It's an awkward game to run, I think.  levels that are set up as if expected to be done individually, with a character growth system that works cumulatively...  I'm not sure how that would work out.  I wouldn't mind seeing the experiment, though.
