Definitely BlueGlass. From what I've seen and heard, he is a very friendly, cheerful, passionate person. Definitely want to see more of him in the future, whenever he has the time of course.
DK28. Despite me sucking at Contra and almost all the games he plays, his commentary and cheerful personality always keeps me coming back and making me want to play those games. Retro gaming is always the main subject in his streams and that's a huge plus for me.
Geoff, Firedragon764, GameJ06, Authorblues, TMR, and many others that I'm sure I'm forgetting. Their personalities and chat are generally pretty chill.
Eredani, Mike89, Mikwuyma, Andrewg, Frezzy, funkdoc, klaige, DK28, jimsfriend, rdrunner, kazooie, heidman, sinister1 and all the quake guys come to the top of my head. Purely based on my joy of watching their speedruns over the years and not from their personalities.
Thanks mike89 it humbles me that you still consider my old runs entertaining. Some days I dream of getting back into it and giving you a run for your money on Sonic 2, but I just don't have it in me and straight up don't think I could beat your run. My one wish in speedrunning is that I could have completed a 100% run of sonic 2, but now it is a pointless category pretty much with all the zips (maybe 100% no zips would be a fun category!). I just think coming up with ring routes makes sonic 2 much more interesting/difficult to speedrun and would love to see someone with your skill take it on!
Pj, Essenita, Sinister1, among others are currently are my favorites. While I'm still new to speed running and have yet to get my stream up with no echoing, I hope to one day become a good speed runner.
And thank you Stanski! Been submitting runs to SDA since 2008, I appreciate the positive feedback on my runs from the time before streaming was a thing.
Man, at times like this during the SDA threads, I just have to sit back and watch iateyourpie, good commentary, great chat, nice stream, you should all go follow pie and wait for him to broadcast today
Playing favorites is kinda stupid but I tend to find myself watching lots of Cyberdemon531, Ringrush, and a lot of the speedy speed boys in /srg/. I'm not a fan of big name streamers in general though.
