Personal Best: 2:11:27 (Single player) - 2:07:58 (Co-Op)
Link to PB: http://www.twitch.tv/pie/c/2881980
Console: PS1, can also be played on PS2 -- whatever region you want
A very nostalgic game for many PS1 fans and very fun to play/watch. There is a back-up player in case one of us were to not attend the event.

2. Crash Team Racing - Any% Race with InfernoEnvexia
Estimate 1:05:00
Personal Best: 58:18 (This run did not use FDS or the language glitch which could transform this PB into a low 57 or a high 56)
Link to PB: http://www.twitch.tv/pie/c/2925907 - Much improvement can be made by the time ESA comes
Console: PS1, can also be played on PS2 - PAL
Improvement has been made on CTR speedruns since the last race that took place in ESA. Lots of cool skips to witness and a very nostalgic game as well

1. Super Mario 64 DS - 50 star or 80 star
Estimate: 1:35:00 (80 star), 1:00:00 (50 star)
Personal Best: 80 star=1:29:35 (WR, unless you take runs without a video to count for WRs), 50 star=53:57 (WR)
PB Link: 50 star=www.twitch.tv/paradox/c/2851532, 80 star=None, twitch broadcast deleted, I have it local recorded, just not uploaded because I want to improve it first.
Console: NDS

I am happy to do either category, 50 star has a pretty interesting skip at the end, 80 star has a bit more content. I think this game is a very interesting watch, especially for people who have seen SM64 runs, and won't realise how many different strats are possible in the DS version. My PBs are pretty improvable so I will probably get my 80 star down to about a 1:25:00 and/or my 50 star to sub 50 minutes by the time ESA comes around, depending on which gets accepted. Possible donation incentives for saving luigi and/or wario (in 50 star) or for saving wario (in 80 star).

2. Super Mario 64 - 1 star
Estimate: 15:00
Personal Best: 8:06 (WR is 7:36)
PB Link: www.youtube.com/watch?v=CUcGehN7NhE
Console: Wii VC (N64 game)

Popular game, short category that could be fitted in anywhere. I'm fine with letting someone good do 70 star / 120 star over this, although maybe 1 star could also be done after 70/120, maybe a donation incentive for it?

3. Super Mario 3D World - any%
Estimate: 2:00:00
Personal Best: 2:25:38, only just picked up the game, this time is my second run (WR is 1:48:01)
PB Link: None, twitch broadcast deleted
Console: Wii-U

Very interesting game with a surprising number of broken elements for a new game. I'm not sure if anyone else is going who runs this game (I think most runners are american), but if someone is, a race would probably be very interesting, because people tend to have preferred characters for certain levels, and therefore different movement and strats would be shown dispite both people using the same/very similar route(s). Here's a few videos showing off some of the broken stuff: www.youtube.com/watch?v=d4rPWlaVxrM , www.youtube.com/watch?v=MsXQxj1odpM

4. Super Mario Sunshine - any%

Personal Best: 1:36:01 (WR is 1:29:50)

Console: Wii (Gamecube game)

Again, a pretty popular game. New to ESA (I think). I'm not sure if stelzig or hiddenpower or another better sms runner is going, but I would be happy to let them take this, or run 100% instead (just please don't let 79 or 96 shines in if anyone offers it :p ).

I would prefer to not have stuff on the 2nd stream (tbh I don't think having a second stream is a great idea, although I guess it would essentially be just like the underground streams at xGDQs)

Estimate: 25:00
Personal best: 20:41 (best known time, seperate PBs; Story: 6:55 (WR is 6:50), Hardcore: 12:27 (WR))
Console: PC
Okay, I know someone else already submitted Nitronic Rush already but that was Hardcore mode only, story+hardcore is a more interesting category for a marathon run (I did it for SRGM3) because it shows off pretty much everything in the game. The game is rather optimized and has almost no RNG, so it's all execution which isn't really easy because there are a lot of skips, tricks and other hard stuff. It makes Nitronic Rush a rather interesting game to run/watch. The video links to my run I did for srgm3, people enjoyed it and I got a decent time (plus this is my only online video of a run).

2. Lego Racers - Any%
Estimate: 00:50:00
Personal best: 41:39 (WR is 40:17)
Console: PC
Lego Racers is a neat racing game from 1999 and is fairly known to people, I picked the game up for pure nostalgia and it turned out its actually a good speedgame. The game is pretty cool to run because there is a big glitch in it where you can "skip" laps which you can do for certain tracks, the racers are somewhat random and it all comes down to the final race which is pretty clutch.

3. Gargoyle's Quest: Ghosts 'n Goblins - Any%
Estimate: 40:00
Personal best: 37:59 (WR is 28:00)
Console: Gameboy
A hard Gameboy game I never beat as a kid and 15 years later it still is a hard game and that's pretty much the reason why I picked it up as a speedgame. Even though my PB is not that good at the moment, it should still be a fun run to watch. The only real problem is that I don't have a Gameboy player, I have the game though.

I'll add a PB video later this/next week.

1. Mario Kart 64 - Skips or No Skips
Estimate: 40:00 (Skips), 48:00 (No Skips)
Personal best: 32:13 (Skips), 39:34 (No skips)
Console: Nintendo 64 (NTSC-J)
Mario Kart 64 is a great watch. Almost everyone who owned a Nintendo 64 owned this game, and even though it's not the most popular game to run, whenever it IS run, people always stop by to watch this nostalgic, awesome game. This game is not the first game you think of when it comes to speedgame, but it was a great add in AGDQ'14, and would most certainly be at ESA too. For skips category, I haven't done too much practice as of yet, but will do in the future to bring my PB down (wr is 28:5x). However, I'd like to say I'd rather run No Skips if deemed worthy (wr 39:16) - although there's not a lot of impressive stuff happening, there's still some interesting shortcuts not shown in skips, and I'd say it makes the watch a lot more interesting because small mistakes counts for way more, where skips it's more about the skip execution rather than driving, and new players will have a hard time understanding what happened when it happens so quick.
Sidenote is my current runs are on emulator, but I've switched to NTSC-J N64 now. Emulator runs are about 55 seconds faster than console. It should make my PB around a 40:30 if it was run on console instead, but I'll be practicing for the next 6 months, and without doubt should bring my pb down below a 40:00 on console. Estimate for skips being 40:00 is in case some skips goes wrong, no skips estimate of 48:00 is just in case I get 5th place, however in my 4-5 months of running this game, it's happened 4 times in total I'd say - also, setup time is thought about.

1. Super Smash Bros Brawl - Subspace Emissary Any% (Normal)
Estimate: 3:00:00 with no cutscenes, 3:35:00 with
Personal Best: 2:47:17 (no WR video founded)
Console: Wii (PAL)
This game was never run during a marathon if i'm not wrong so it should my main game I would doing for ESA. My actual PB is pretty strong so getting sub 2:45 is really hard and there's almost no skip (just 1 actually) and no glitchs. For this category, you need a good knowledge and control for like 15 characters at least so it's impossible for someone who play with one main character for competition for example.

I'm working on Intense mode too just in case (hardest mode for Bonus Stream?) and it's possible to get some donation incentive goal like which princess we're gonna save at the beginning (Peach or Zelda) and if we have to save all the characters in the Subspace. Really a fun run and a good game!
If needed I can stream a run with my webcam because I have no capture card.

Just got 2:45:51 and this a WR on Normal difficulty. Video is available: www.twitch.tv/mbisonfute/c/3634563 with Webcam strats.

2. Pokémon Mystery Dungeon Blue Rescue Team Any%
Estimate: 4:30:00
Personal Best: 3:44:26 done on emulator www.twitch.tv/mbisonfute/c/3224732 from November 11, 2013 (WR is 3:15:36 by Kobral1)
Console: NDS (PAL-FR)
One of my favorite spin-off of Pokémon and I finally decided to run this game in late 2013. This game is COMPLETELY RNG based so a good knowledge about the game mechanics and how dungeons are generated is recommended.
It's pretty easy to lost a LOT of time if you died on the 2 last dungeons of the game (Magma Cave and Sky Tower) so the only way to secure the run is getting all the Reviver Seeds that you can get (restore HP, PP and stomach full). My last run died on the last dungeon with a -19 minute time saved overall on a WR pace (old WR was something like 3:26:1x) so it's definitively possible to get a better PB.
Donation incentive: renaming your Pokemon, partner, Team and Absol in late-game.

1. Castlevania: Rondo of Blood - Any%, Maria Only
Estimate: 0:30:00 for Any%, 0:20:00 for Maria Only
Personal best: 0:23:10 for Any%, 0:16:03 for Maria Only
Console: Wii (VC)
One of the more obscure Castlevania games which released on TGFX and ported to VC.  In my opinion it is one of the better classic Castlevania games.  Features two characters, Richter and Maria.  Any% uses Richter only and Maria Only is essentially the new game+ of Rondo of Blood.  The game features a 2 minute cutscene in Any% and no cutscenes in Maria Only.  The game has no real "glitches" (A text skip in Any% and a de-spawn in Maria Only), however has a lot of tech involved.  There is one stage that has a lot of RNG involved and as such it is easy to die in that stage, however it isn't detrimental in Maria Only.  Any% is the most technical run.  Maria Only is a run about pure speed - sliding through stages, jumping through walls and decimating bosses quickly thanks to the special attack Maria has.

In my opinion, Any% is the more entertaining run because the technical side of the run is much clearer and more impressive (lots of damage boosting, clipping through enemies, specific movement, heart collection, boss strategies) but has a lot of potential to go wrong.  Maria Only is an entertaining run as well, however the movement and strategy is less impressive.  The nature of Maria makes boss battles pretty dull because she rarely uses sub weapons (she can attack twice for the same damage as Richter and has an attack that deals 6x Richter's damage), and thanks to Maria having the ability to double jump and move quickly across the ground, parts of stages can be skipped and the difficulty is lowered because of the way enemies spawn in stages.  Maria Only is a very safe run aside from the stage mentioned above.

1. Borderlands - Any% (RTA)
Estimate: 2:50:00 (RNG can make it slow)
Personal best: 2:17:10 (Fastest RTA, but we time w/o loading and JayTOH has WR w/o loadings because of his slow loadings. My time w/o loadings is 2:05:18 and his time is 2:04:12)
Console: PC
There's a huge hype with Borderlands 2 but people seems to forget Borderlands 1.
Well Borderlands 1 is slightly less RNG dependant and way harder by the fact that gliches aren't broken like infinite ammo.
The speedrun involves sadly 3 farming parts but the run itself isn't boring to watch, plus thoses farming parts aren't really easy (just repetitive, except if it goes bad)
There's 2 routes done on this game so far and one involves 5-6 min saves for one level less than the other, making the whole game way harder. That is the strat I plan to use, even on a marathon. (Note: My PB is on old strat because RNG killed many runs, but a new anti-RNG strat was found, I should beat my PB really soon and will update it)
Also, PeachWaldo might submit this game too (I already talked about it with him) and we're both okay to do a race if you want!
(little joke: shame on JayTOH and PeachWaldo that still can't do phasejump that save ~0.5sec/PhaseWalk (such small save in the whole run) :D)

1.Lego Batman: The Videogame - Any%
Estimate: 1:40:00
PB: 1:39:52
Console: PC!!
One of my favourite Lego style games. The puzzles are interesting and the boss fights are fun with trying to do 2 player strategies with just 1 controller, also cut-scenes are skippable (which a lot of lego games aren't now). Run has some minor RNG involved with how the AI behaves (you can manipulate it most of the time) and the attacks you do yourself (you can't do that) but it will only change the time by 2-3 minutes +/-. Estimate is 1:40:00 as I believe once I begin to regrind this game I can most likely get the timer down to a consistent 1:38:xx and if ESA uses SSD then the time could go even lower. So a 1:40:00 time is very safe. I feel my route can't be improved right now without the discovery of glitches and oob stuff.

Would love to do this as a race with someone if they are interested/ we have more than 1 runner. 1)Batman: Arkham Asylum - any% (Easy/Hard)
Estimate: 1:55:00 (Easy) or 2:10:00 (Hard)
Personal Best: 1:48:53 (Easy) or 2:01:xx (Hard) (WR)
Console: Xbox360 or PC
Link: (easy mode PB, doesn't use latest route changes found).  My Hard Mode PB was achieved during AGDQ bonus stream wile racing with HonorableJay and I died 10 times doing it so it WILL get lower.  On Easy Mode The Console WR for Asylum is 1:47:xx and the PC WR is 1:42:xx
Why?Because I'm the Goddamn 3D Batman! Asylum is possibly the most recognisable of the Arkham games and while the speedrun doesn't have the crazy OOB glitches like City (or Origins), it does have the biggest skip of any of the games where one of the scarecrow encounters is cut out completely, a LOT of predator rooms are flat out ignored and fights are almost over before they start.  It does have a bit of walking and some elevators may occur but hoping to offset that with some commentary (or make it a race if one of the other Asylum runners comes to ESA)

2)Batman: Arkham City - any% (Hard)
Estimate: 2:00:00
Personal Best: 1:49:21 (WR)
Console: Xbox360 or PC
Link:
Why? I know this will have been the third year that Arkham City is run at ESA so you may want to give it a rest from the main marathon but after the bad category choice and performance of 100% last year I feel I should redeem myself and both the route and my consistency have been improved in the meantime, I've got a run currently under verification at SDA and if you like donation incentives then there are multiple Batsuits to choose from, sidequests to add or glitches to showcase (more about THAT below).  Plus the inevitable Bat-Flapping, Bat-Flexing, Bruceman Shuffles, Cat-twerks and BatSlides Smiley

3)Parasol Stars: The Story of Bubble Bobble 3 - Good Ending co-op with TheGons (who forgot to suggest it Tongue )
Estimate: 1:10:00
Personal Best: 1:02:45 (WR)
Console: Amiga
Link: My run isn't on twitch, must have forgotten to save it or twitch lost or something.  However, TheGons has a sampler for you - http://www.twitch.tv/thegons/c/2739411 and I will be improving my single player PB.
Why? Two fat children who used to be bubble-spitting dinosaurs replace their Rainbow Powers with Parasols and save multiple inexplicably themed planets.  The gameplay is similar but faster-paced than Bubble Bobble and while we haven't yet played together, the enemy formations don't change and item pickups are quite simple to manipulate (specifically speed shoes acquired in the first world) so co-op mode allows Bub and Bob to wreck some levels and bosses almost before they even start.  Also watch TheGons and I attack each other between levels to see who is the true Parasol Star!

4)Rick Dangerous - any%
Estimate: 30:00
Personal Best: 29:54 (this is still a WIP and I fully expect this to come down to a consistent sub-25 in the next month or so)
Console: Amiga
Why? WAAAAAAH! This is an unforgiving trial-and-error-style platformer which could be considered a precursor to IWBTG and its many clones.  The speedrun has some pretty precise platforming and the action doesn't stop at all throughout!  This was a big hit backstage at AGDQ judging by the number of people who took up the Rick Dangerous challenge (beat level 1, infinite lives) especially when you consider that no fewer than 3 attendees went on to (eventually) beat the full 4-Level game even when nobody expected them to.

5)Sanic 06 - Sonic or Silver's story (major skips)
Estimate: 20:00 each
Personal Best: Not done yet.
Console: Xbox360
Why? After we achieved the Blind Co-Op any% WR live on stream during last year's Bonus Pirate UnderPoverty MegaStream (http://www.twitch.tv/ludendi/b/434838044) I feel this game deserves a slot in the main marathon by someone actually practiced in the game.  I'm very willing to learn the route of either Sonic or Silver (or even both, they only take 20 mins!) and offer them for the marathon (I'll probably learn it anyway, actually).  I will happily step aside for anyone else who knows/can learn the route and will give it a good showing, or we can make it a bidding war between the two stories.  This is DarkSpineSonic's route as performed during this year's AGDQ - http://www.twitch.tv/speeddemosarchivesda/b/493711459?t=11h56m30s

6)Great Giana Sisters - Warps%
Estimate: 10:00
Personal Best: 8:21
Console: Amiga
Why? Released not long after Super Mario Brothers, some people think that the Italian Punk Chicks Giana and her palette-swapped sister Maria were just a copy, but nothing can be further from the truth.  Watch as Giana smashes blocks with her head, throws balls at... things, bounces off bees, run through fire and defeats (well, runs away from) Live Action Movie Yoshi.  Also features a unique glitch I discovered called warp-deathing and featuring a choice of ending (Kill the Final Boss, Ignore the Final Boss, Glitch the Final Boss).  I have gotten much more consistent at this game since last year. PB/WR vid here (actually achieved right after ESA 2013!)

7)Pang - Co-Op
Estimate: 25:00
Personal Best: 33:21 (Single Player)
Console: Amiga
Why? Arcade classic, ported to the Amiga and done very well in my opinion.  Shoot balloons and they pop into smaller and smaller balloons until you pop them all and win the round.  There are animals to get in your way but most levels we can finish without ever seeing them.  This submission requires someone else coming who knows or will pick up the game as I think it is FAR more interesting as a co-op than it is Single Player. I've only recently started learning this game so my time isn't as low as it can go single player.  I have a video showing how much a good co-op team can wreck the game here -

8)Cosmic Spacehead - any%
Estimate: 40:00
Personal Best: 39:37
Console: Mega Drive
Why? Basically it's a point-n-click adventure that becomes a platformer between each area (but only once; once you complete an area you don't have to platform more).  The PnC stuff is the usual fare of completely sensible premises and solutions such as freezing a pool ising ICING sugar (geddit?) and buying a stolen Driving Licence from Shady Lionel in order to enter a dodgems contest.  The platforming is pretty precise if you want to go fast and the hitboxes are odd enough that it will look like I'm running through a couple of enemies.  There's also a sewer section that I intend to learn "torchless" which is the best way to sewer Wink My 39:37 run is on Twitch but it can easily go down further.  The only reason I haven't is I've been working on IL portions of the game and haven't done any no-reset runs in a while: Part 1, Part 2.

9)Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee - any%
Estimate: 45:00
Personal Best: 42:38 (this will come down though)
Console: PS1 (PAL)
Why? Despite being one of the great all-time classics of the PS1 era (as well as being broken to all hell and a super fun watch), Abe has yet to make a marathon appearance at either a 'GDQ or ESA, and it's about time that changed.  After SamLaptop submitted his segmented run on PC in October, I've been learning the route and glitches on Playstation.  Watch as Abe climbs through floors, dies (but not really), turns invisible, flies through walls and completely ignores half of the sacred trials that he needs to save the mudokons.  Oh, and he also doesn't actually save the mudokons.  That would be too slow.

I don't have a video online as I'm unable to stream my playstation without losing video every 10 seconds but I'm working on it and I'll have something up here when it's ready to show.

I'm not worried about whether my games are on main or secondary stream, but the below suggestions are specifically designed for 2nd stream:

1)Batman: Arkham Series - Glitch%
Estimate: 1-3 hours? (I could fill a day with if it if you were stupid enough to let me!)
Console: Xbox 360
Why? The Arkham Series is full of glitches (well, City and Origins are, Asylum has a couple...), most of which are never seen during speedruns, and when they are I don't always have time to explain fully what's going on or how to do it. I do try to squeeze a couple of things in after runs but some glitches take a bit of setting up (fighting invisible thugs, New Game Minus, the Empty Museum).  As an alternative to the speedruns offered above, my intention is to prepare a bunch of save files and showcase what you can really do with the games with a bit of time!  While Origins is still a buggy piece of crap, there are some neat OOB things you can do consistently as well.  Examples of what I mean:

Obviously if you go for this we'll have a discussion about what I put in and how it is structured etc so we have a proper schedule for the block.

2)Ready, Steady Cook or Cooking Mama - Food%
Estimate: 1 hour
Console: The Kitchen
Why? People would love seeing the backstage stuff at ESA and the premise I'm offering is two people or teams cooking against a time limit using a pre-determined budget and whatever they can find in the local supermarket.  I would be happy to help in making this happen whether as organiser, contestant, host or taster, and I'm sure there'll be enough people interested in doing this.  If we get enough people chipping in then we could even make a big home-cooked feast!

3)Point Blank/2/3
Estimate: 30-60 minutes
Console: PS1 (would require someone else to bring two lightguns because flying with gun-shaped things...)
Why? Mirror, Mirror, full of hope, who is the sharpest shooter in all Europe?  Point Blank makes a brilliant party game whether we are 2 players showing off our skills in Very Hard Mode or making a mini tournament to find the real Top Gun(Con).  The only time I can think of that a Lightgun game featured at a marathon was Flicky and Adam destroying Time Crisis 2 last year and Point Blank is the other big classic in Light Gun gaming but obviously not really speedrunnable.

1. Super Mario Galaxy 2 - Any%
Estimate: 3:45:00 (should definitely be sub 3:30 though)
Personal best: 3:25:36 (will go down)
Console: Wii
My run last year was a disaster and I want to go for a rematch. I hope to sub 3:20 on ESA, this is my main game and will be for a wile.

2. Star Fox 64 - 100%
Estimate: 1:30:00
Personal best: 1:22:57
Console: iQue
100% is Star Fox 64's most beloved category by viewers due to playing and scoring all the levels in the game. It requires you to get the medal of every single level, which is done in two resets and some hardcore action. It will be played on an iQue due to faster gameplay (it lags less than Nintendo 64), it has way better controls than VC and the voice acting is amazing.

3. Star Fox 64 - Red Line (race with GoronGuy)
Estimate: 45 minutes
Personal best: 33:43 (VC)
Console: Wii VC
Maybe as a warm up for 100% or a "cooldown" on the second stream after?

4. Taz Express - Any& (second stream)
Estimate: 1:00:00
Personal best: 49:49 (WR)
Console: Nintendo 64 (PAL)
This game is shit and would be nice as a chill out run on the second stream maybe.

1: Tony Hawk's Underground 1 - Any% Normal, No Goal Warping
Estimate: 1:05:00
PB: 49:20
Console: PC
One of my favourite games, few glitches and such to show off for fun, lots of nostalgia fuel for a lot of people.
A story about backstabbing Eric Sparrow stealing your fame, which you battle for to get it back.
Late-game you need to S T A Y  T R U E to your roots and you show Eric who's boss.
Mastered the controls a lot thanks to online play years ago, optional fun is custom faces such as Twitch's Kappa or something like it.

2: Tony Hawk's Underground 2 - Any% Normal

While a few other runners have already suggested this, maybe a race could happen?
Here's my 16:00 Normal Any% run from SRGM3.0.

3: Tony Hawk's American Wasteland - Easy Any%
Estimate: 1:15
PB: 58:33 (still busy trying to get sub 58)
Console: PC
Picked up American Wasteland for fun because of Domakr, another Tony Hawk runner and has become a semi-serious project to me.
Record's been going back and forth, Tutorial's a little slow but you can skip in-game text boxes by holding combo and accepting next goal quickly afterwards.
"Open world" Hawk game, fun story, fast skating.

Personal best: ~18 Minutes
Console:
PC - DosBOX
An awesome sidescroll spaceshooter (yeah it's speedrunable :D).
I already played it in the bonusstream at ESA 2013 - it was a horrible and quick spontaneous filler run... I invested a lot of time and now it's a nice run

1. Hard Reset - beat the game%
Estimate: 45 minutes
Personal best: never did a full run, just level by level - I'll do a full run and upload it
Console:

An awesome oldschool-like cyberpunk  shooter (like Serious Sam, Doom, Painkiller), with up-to-date graphic and physic.
No hide and shoot, instead you get some perma running, perma shooting, perma blowing up robots and nice shortcuts run! -> Give the Demo on Steam a try!

Estimate: 2:00:00
PB: 1:50:33
WR: 1:46:24
Console: Super Famicom

Super sick speedrun. With most stages having multiple tricks back to back and being full of calculated, technical movement, Yoshi's Island is one of the most entertaining and exciting watches available. As has been stated by even Mike Uyama, Yoshi's Island is a must have in a marathon. While  my time as of now is a little over 4 minutes off the world record, that will be changing in the near future as I have freed up a notable amount of time to dedicate to the game.

Also, 3 way race hype?

1.Golden Sun - 100% or Any%
Estimate: 5:30:00
Personal best: 5:09:24 (really outdated route)
Console: Gamboy Advance

My route is quite outdated there are so many new tricks and stuff Smiley So to explain it: 100% and Any% are nearly the same 100% is just to get all Djinns. There is a lot of RNG manipulation it and the overall settign of the game is real fun Smiley
There are not many glitches only the Retreat Warp/Door glitch the rest is, as I said RNG manipulation. The downside is well its a RPG so rather a long game but that leaves enough room for commentary Cheesy
For links i dont have my 100% run recorded but i have atleast the Bad Ending% run which shows a bit of the game and its mechanics

Console: Gameboy Advance via Gamecube Gameboy Player (can provide)
Why? There has been a lot of work on the category in the last 6 months and the record, which I hold, has come down alot. Its an entertaining run without much down time and a popular main series game among viewers.

2. Donald Land - Any%
Estimate: 20:00
Personal best: 13:23
Console: Famicom
This game is a an action platformer that contains the following: grenade jumping, awful hitboxes, silly looking enemies, a water level where you move by mashing A as fast as you possibly can, completely broken scrolling, and an awesome late 1980s McDonalds theme. Despite being a very questionable game and of iffy quality, the run itself is extremely technical with various way to impact your movement and crazy strategies to move so fast you break the scrolling of the game.

1. Borderlands 2 - any% w/DLC
Estimate: 3:00:00
Personal best: 2:36:49
Console: PC

Borderlands 2 is an extremely broken game as seen during AGDQ with the coop run.
The solo speedrun differs quite a bit from the coop though and it will be quite a bit easier to follow because there aren't 4 players doing multiple glitches at the same time.
I've set the estimate quite high in case there are problems with setting up, I can confidently get around 2:45:xx RTA even with really bad RNG.
Since it is a marathon run I might use back-up strats that technically make the run NG+ but keep the run under estimate. I will only use these strats if I'm having extremely bad RNG.
I was also thinking of suggesting "Perfect RNG" run as a donation incentive where I will start with a character that has everything I could ever wish for during a run which might be interesting because it also changes the weapon type used during the run.

2. Borderlands - any%
Estimate: 2:50:00
Personal best: 2:22:02
Console: PC
http://www.twitch.tv/peach_waldo/c/3082454
My PB isn't very recent because I've been focusing on my main project which is Borderlands 2 any% w/DLC.
As Incalex already mentioned, Borderlands 1 is not as broken as Borderlands 2 but it still is an interesting run because the route is extremely optimized.
Unlike Borderlands 2, this game doesn't have a backup strat and RNG might cost a lot of time but that's why the estimate is generous.

1. Metal Gear Rising - any% NG+
Estimate: 01:10:00
Personal Best: 56:56 RTA (WR)
Console: Xbox 360
Link: www.youtube.com/watch?v=LJifaNHJBgw

Fast paced run with quick kill boss strats, out of bounds early on and throughout, skips, tricks and great hype inducing music to boot. Game picked up some more interest via the PC release and AGDQ at the start of the year as well.

2. Bayonetta any%
Estimate: 03:00:00
Personal Best: 2:37:22 RTA (1:47:25 IGT)
Console: Xbox 360

Non-stop action the entire time and the run constantly changes as you get new items and abilities so things don't get stale. Had the game less than 2 weeks and I'm already only 13 minutes off the WR time, I plan on putting a ton of work into this over the next few months.

1. Phantasy Star Online: Episode 1 & 2 - Episode 1 / Episode 2 any% glitched, offline %
Estimate: 1:30:00 each
Personal best: Episode 1: 1:03:38 (WR?: 54:43), Episode 2: 1:13:38 (best known time), offline %: 04:00
Console: Gamecube PAL

Episode 2 PB: www.youtube.com/watch?v=M62V4ZbTZco (sound desync)

Well, this will be the first and only game I'm going to suggest.  It's one of the few Gamecube games, that had an online feature! I'm going to run either one of those with a glitch called weapon stacking, which allows me to equip multiple weapons at the same time. With enough weapons equipped, I'm able to finish the game much faster than in a normal playthrough.

Some facts about the episode differences:

- Episode 1 is much shorter than the second one.
- Ep1 is also much easier, but the RNG fluctuates the run-time (ex. getting a bad map can cost up to 1 minute compared to the best one). Episode 2 has fewer maps to learn, but the difficulty amps up in the late-game.
- Some weapons have a higher droprate, depending on the Episode you play.
- Ep2 looks much better overall, also the music is better (imo)

Now, the worst thing that could happen is, not getting the certain weapon types and getting bad maps. This is why I set my estimate much higher. Also I'm currenly working on Episode 1 a bit, to get sub 1 hour. I'm pretty much happy with my Episode 2 (at this time, the second best runner has a 1:40:xx), however I think sub 1:10 could be possible tho.
