I was thinking of doing a run, but don't know if my emulator is ok. I have a znes v 1.36. There doesn't seem to be a way to change the frame rates of the recordings, but I could be wrong. If this znes isn't allowed, could someone point me to an emulator that is (if any exist)?

The Legend of Zelda collection and possibly a few random Sega Smash packs are the only emulators I know of that'd be accepted here.

In case of SNES, there exists no offical general purpose emulator, so unfortunately none is allowed.
