Hi, this is my first post here, and it may seem like a foolish one. I recently bought an Elgato Game Capture HD device, and am wondering if it is possible to connect this device to an non-HD television. I would ideally like to be able to play 5th/6th generation consoles on my old Trinitron CRT, while recording through the HD capture device to a PC. Problem is, i believe this device can only be plugged into an HDTV. Is it possible to plug the HDMI out cord from the Elgato into a HDMI to composite Upscaler/Converter, so that i can play my old consoles on my CRT still? I do own an HD tv, (i wasnt stupid enough to buy an HD capture card when i dont have an HD tv) It's just that it dosent support 240p signal, and i think older games look better on CRT anyway. Any help with this problem whatsoever would be much appreciated. Hope i didnt sound like too much of a fool...
