Instead of bumping an old thread (which is bad I'm assuming) I'll post my progress for my Earthworm Jim Genesis Run. It's single segment. Here's the rundown to far:

00-00:06 (0:06) - Title, Options
07-02:43 (2:36) - New Junk City
43-04:05 (1:22) - Andy Asteroids 1
06-07:44 (2:38) - What the Heck
45-09:10 (1:25) - Andy Asteroids 2
11-11:36 (2:25) - Down the Tubes
37-13:49 (2:12) - Tube Race
50-15:12 (1:22) - Andy Asteroids 3
13-16:59 (1:46) - Snot a Problem
00-18:22 (1:22) - Andy Asteroids 4
23-26:39 (8:16) - Level 5
40-28:02 (1:22) - Andy Asteroids 5
03-32:56 (4:53) - For Pete's Sake
57-34:19 (1:22) - Andy Asteroids 6
20-38:03 (3:43) - Intestinal Distress
04-39:36 (1:32) - Andy Asteroids 7
37-40:18 (0:41) - Buttville Part 1
19-44:16 (3:57) - Buttville Part 2
17-45:35 (1:18) - Ending

It can, of course, be improved. In the above run I lost a life each on Snot a Problem, Level 5, Intestinal Distress and Buttville Part 1. I could definitely improve on Level 5, Intestinal Distress, Andy Asteroids 7, Buttville Parts 1 & 2. But since it's single segment the later levels are the ones I need more practice on. I know I can definitely shave it down to 41 or 42 minutes, possibly less.

I really loved that game.  Earthworm Jim / 2 were the best platform games I've played on SNES....

I was pretty good also, but hey, I didn't played for years, so I probably suck nowaday...
