My brain must've been off when I was adding those times >_> Just realised that the goal for World 2 is 11:00 - 11:30, not 10:00 - 10:30. Updated in first post.

1) Is your 1:46 the fastest vidded run to your knowledge? I want to be able to cite a record when I start to stream so it would be good to know Smiley

2) Remember those races at SRL you offered me like 1.5 years ago? Yeah, those Wink

oh yes sorry i overlooked your posts

1) yes it is the fastest run recorded but JXD did a 1:34 but not recorded and you can look about his splits
2) and the race, i am still busy in july so i think we can do some races in august, i can post if i am ready and we can race on speedrunslive if you want Smiley

@ JXD: Excellent job whis your time on 5-2, you beat the TAS (I just got the same time that the TAS)!

I wait a lot an any% run (I try to make it but it takes me so long time to make good time and I am not the best to play the levels consistently) so good luck for CJ, JXD and Ecko!

Just got a 50:33 W5 RTA. 9:19; 20:34; 30:34; 39:02; 50:33;
As you can see from the splits, W3 gave me a bunch of trouble. Can anyone in the simplest way possible put down in words exactly HOW to manip the boss in 3-B. Time just haemorrages from that fight =( Any help would be awesome.

EDIT: Also Ecko, me and JXD have been racing so whenever you are good you know where to find us Wink

IIRC at the beginning if you go to the left platform on the wall he will fall three bombs on that platform (works 90%) and then he goes to the right platform and will fall three or four bombs (but it works not every time so it is luck based you can´t manipulate him, maybe a TAS should check this)

Nothing tells you you're getting older than when you throw your shoulder out seriously while playing video games. I'm only 21 gat dammit ; _ ; I need to duck out until this gets better, it literally hurts to type =(

crypticjacknife when are you at speedrunslive (which time around) i know your are australien so it is a little bit complicated to race

and i have never seen JXD on speedrunslive

The time on the map screen is 55:17.
I think the glitch is caused by the death at 0:24,17 (game time).

i got a 1:40:38 still over 1:40 that sucks

i think i go for sub 1:40 and try to submit a run

yes i know, packattacks strats are really good but sometimes they are to risky for an any% speedrun

or you can´t do them because you have donkey kong and diddy kong at the start

I think that you souldn't do that in an any% run because the last jumps are very, very hard to do Wink
