Outright reject, it's a twitch recording with WS attached to it. I gotta get this off my chest since it's the second video I've verified this week that's a direct rip of a flash video. SDA is a site for people to submit raw recordings directly from the console for production of quality speedrun videos, not flash rips from fucking YouTube or TwitchTV.

It doesn't go Console -> Computer -> XSplit -> Twitch -> SDA.
It goes Console -> Computer -> VIDEO RECORDING SOFTWARE TO RECORD TO .AVI FORMAT -> SDA.

Look, I get the idea that you're new to SDA. I don't wanna turn you away. The run is good, I'm sure, but PLEASE send a raw recording. Record an .avi with Amarec or VirtualDub, use the Lagarith codec, and encode the final video with Anri-Chan. No further configuration required, I get this exact setup within an hour of a clean install of Windows. 3 easy steps for recording and encoding a raw for SDA submission. Or hell, torrent the raw to Nate if you can't use Anri-Chan. Go to tech support and post a quality test.

Also, that information is incorrect. The name of the game is DmC: Devil May Cry, and the difficulty is Nephilim mode. NTSC and PAL is irrelevant for this game.

To the runner: We want your runs, you just need to utilize our forums and get your quality checked BEFORE submitting so that this doesn't happen. I hate having to reject over stuff like this Undecided

And, before you ask, yes. Re-record the run. To your Hard Drive.

AmarecTV (Swiss-army knife capture software with the ability to output to your stream as well, pending settings and your hardware resources): http://ge.tt/8X1VYzV/v/0?c

Lagarith Codec (Switch to this codec in Amarec's settings, it records to .avi files at 100MB/m): http://lags.leetcode.net/LagarithSetup_1327.exe

Anri-Chan (Nate wrote this program to encode videos automatically. It saves time, and it's monstrously good for sending videos to YouTube): http://speeddemosarchive.com/anrichan/anrichan3.3.exe

The raws will be in an .avi format, possibly split into multiple .avi files sized at 4.7GB each depending on how your computer's file system works.

You direct Anri-Chan to the folder, use the bare minimum video editing tools contained with it, and encode the SDA LQ, MQ, and HQ versions. If you have no video to cut or crop, you can make your computer start encoding in one minute.

If you've done it once, you won't record anything any other way. It's really that easy.

Flip, link to the run? I understand this issue, but I still want to see what was submitted (the run, I can care less about the other stuff. I just wanna see the game play that was submitted)

Just gonna say I double this as I'm interesting in seeing it as well.
