The 1 mine launch is so random for me. It works, then it doesn't work. And I do the same thing everytime...

I think that the most important thing is the timing on the jump. The boost never works if I jump immediately after the beep-beep sound. I need to wait a bit more, right before the explosion.
This is what I've got at picus, using the boost trick. I know it can be done better, but that's good enough for this video.

At 4:18 you can go left to the staircase for some extra XP (If needed), or isn't that possible anymore when you've activated the funicular?

It is still possible, as I've activated the Funicular then tested if I could make it to the Helipad before it arrived. You end up getting the exp as if you opened the door to go down, but you have to go all the way up to the 1113 door.

How do you make Sandoval hostile ? Was that fixed with the update ?

Sandoval only becomes suicidal if Taggart is aware of his treachery; otherwise, he's hostile. Use Taggart's computer and don't upload the evidence.

By the way, on the way to Sandoval after you open the secret door, there is a ladder to the sewer. I don't know how, but I could avoid the icarus animation. But I can't reproduce it Sad

Yes. I could still get that aug, I have 2 praxis I don't need. But the punching animation is too slow. I'm going for the stairs. The most annoying thing now is icarus.
Edit: in a SS if you need money, the guy that wants to talk to you outside the convention center has 1k credits on him (and a silencer).

He also has cops right next to him, and you should really have more than enough money to buy out all the cyberprotein jugs you need... Just sayin'.

Weak walls can also be knocked out by grenades too, so you can still take the airshaft path.

Yup, did that too several times. Was just a matter of keep walking (Not running) forwards into the manhole Smiley

I also got OoB in Detroit, I got on the tunnel that goes to the Convention Center. Unfortunately I couldn't drop next to the doors that lead to the Convention Center otherwise I'm curious what happens if you could get there in Detroit 1.

EDIT: About that guy outside the Convention Center, you mean the one that automatically starts talking to you? Is it possible to skip that conversation by using Cloaking and shooting 1 bullet? Or just shoot 1 bullet although then the cops will probably get after you.

That conversation is triggered even if you use the backstage exit door. But you can avoid it with the cloak.

Ok, here is how I think it works. You can avoid the icarus animation and fall without damage because the game is loading right in the middle of the fall. If you climb up and fall again, this won't work because the game already has loaded the data.

I've just found this glitch. You can kill someone that is behind glass with a fire extinguisher. Maybe it can be used for something.

That could indeed be a place to use it (But I can't recall seeing any fire extinguishers there), although I think the Laser Rifle would be the fastest for that place.

She only dies because she's a civilian. They die instantly with the slightest bit of physics damage.

I need help you guys. Since I have the DLC content, I can't advance to the main story because I have to save Tong's brother. I can't advance to the main story because I am forced to do the side mission and I can't open the door. Is there away that I can skip the side mission? Any glitches maybe?

You can delete them one by one on the PC version with the little X button next to them. Is yours a disc, or did you get it off Steam?

Yes I have the pc steam version, but I'd like to backup those files before I delete them.

I'm in panchae now, I'm really looking for a way to skip that convo with Darrow but I don't think it can be done. I could get oob in several different places but the rest of the map is not loading. We reeeaally need to skip that convo..

Edit: eh I've just realized that I can drop items from the inventory by dragging them on the sides. Duh.

Oh, that? Casie implant. You can cut two minutes off the Darrow conversation with the Casie implant and 'charm'.
