Also found something else which proved useless so far (Would take some time to set up anyway :P).
As you may know it's possible to get Out of Bounds in the beginning of Highland Park by stacking crates and getting on a construction as shown here:
I found out that you can also get on the construction on the right side of the door which goes to the elevator which leads to Barrett. Then you can drop in the elevator room and take the elevator down, but the door down there to Barrett is closed I tried falling down into Barrett's room but you end up in some invisible little room all the way down, will try jumping past this little room.
But as I said, getting and stacking the crates takes some time, so this is probably not worth it. Well, perhaps some clipping glitch will be found later on or something so I'll keep checking if I can get in Barrett's room
EDIT: Just can't get in Barrett's room :/ Or maybe it's the invisible room part but then it's just not properly loaded.
Can you go maybe in the exit elevator rather than in Barrett's room ?
I'm not sure what you mean exactly. You can drop in the elevator room and just take the elevator down. I tried jumping into the elevator shaft but couldn't get it done.
I managed to get Out of Bounds in Hengsha 1 in the Youzhao District, but it seems to be useless Above the door that leads to the Harvester's Hideout is a roof you can walk on, there in the corner by use of trashcans and some jumping on pipes/objects on the wall you can get on the upper roof and go OoB there.
Most awesome. In Hengsha before the LIMB Clinic is a locked garage with 3 explosive barrels. Grab an explosive barrel and put it somewhere, grab another explosive barrel and put it on the other one, then grab a trashcan and put it on top of the explosive barrels, stand on the trashcan and shoot at the explosive barrel below you, when they both explode it blasts away the trashcan... along with you on it I managed to reach the top of the level. You won't die from the blast either. Obviously you need Icarus for the landing. But this could be useful somewhere...
EDIT: Hahaha, I just tossed a Frag Grenade on the ground, the stuff blew up and I was shot in the air, then fell down a bit and Icarus kicked in and... I'm going up O_o I'm stuck at an invisible ceiling now though.
EDIT: It seems that the more the trashcan is on the edge, the higher it gets boosted up. And right now I'm falling upwards again, heh But this time with no invisible ceiling above me... Let's see how high this goes. Seems to be never ending. I'm inside, or maybe above, the metallic stuff you can see in the air.
Whaaaat, nice ! I've been trying to take damage boost for hours ! Grabbing objects, throwing them shooting with the grenade launcher, ... But nothing. Too bad I'm at work, I have to try this.
I really want to find some oob glitch in Picus. That funicular ride is just way too slow.
I'm also trying to get OoB in Picus now but so far no luck. Another thing you can also try which works but is more tricky to do is have a Copy Machine, place a Fragmentation Mine in front of it, grab the Copy Machine and place it on the mine, then jump on it when it's about to go off and jump again, if done right you also get a boost up. But this is quite tricky stuff, high chance of failure/dying.
EDIT: Just got OoB! Got over the invisible wall on the sides of the helipad, the one where a fence is behind it. Then I could jump on/over the fence and fall OoB. Only tried 1 place there now which just resulted in falling to death. It seems that when you go OoB anywhere around the helipad you won't drop in anything below So that means that you need to actually get high up on the building, hmm. Which means getting some SERIOUS height...
EDIT: If you want to get a more massive boost, use 2 Fragmentation Mines By the way, to do the boost easier, drop a Fragmentation Mine (Or 2) and pickup the Copy Machine, then wait till the mines are active, drop the Copy Machine on them and jump on the Copy Machine and jump again. Much easier to get a boost that way. I'm on the building now, going to explore it No luck so far, every time I'm dropping in the floor below. Going to take a break now, will check some more later today.
Should work with any indestructable object (Except a Vending Machine because it's too heavy so you won't get much of a boost with that thing). A one-step-larger-than-smallest cardboard box also works but won't give much of a boost because it's destroyed. Haven't tried anything else yet. I think those white and blue boxes work best.
I'm convinced it's impossible to glitch past the Funicular down to the Boss floor. I assume the boss floor doesn't load until 3/4 into your Funicular ride, or when you start riding the Funicular.
EDIT: Unless someone can find a way to launch themselves forward about 2000 feet after getting past the barrier.
Yeah I don't think you can ever get in the second boss area because the funicular path is very long and thus the destination is just too far away to drop into. At least you can get to the funicular more quickly. Funny thing is that the funicular is already there. Pritchard, what do you mean waiting so long for the funicular to get up? It's already here!
EDIT: I had another idea which I can't check myself. What actually happens when you don't have Icarus and you jump forwards off the funicular? Do you fall forwards or straight down (Like with Icarus)? Maybe that way you can get into the boss area and then buy Icarus.
I meant do you keep falling forwards without Icarus? Because with Icarus you drop straight down, but maybe without Icarus you keep falling forwards a bit, diagonally.
If you fall through the floor with Icarus, then it will be the same without Icarus. You'll just die quicker without it.
Yup. I'm not using icarus, because it's so annoying and this is exactly what happens. You fall straight down and die. I don't know, do you guys think that what I'm pointing here is the trigger to load the next portion of the map ? http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/856/2011092800001.jpg And is it possible to fall inside the funicular ? I can get only on top of it.

Could be although I doubt it, because if you take the funicular down and look up through the ceiling you can see that part you're talking about, it's basically a point where you get out of the building I think.

I couldn't find any way to get in it
EDIT: Heh, that's funny, although it proved to be useless... I'm a bit checking in Detroit 2 now and in the apartment building you need to go through to get to Sandoval there's a locked gate. Throw a Frag Grenade in front of it and when it went off wait for a moment, Zeke Sanders will come up and open the gate Then you can get to Sandoval's room and you'll get the cutscene there, after it Sandoval will become Hostile. I killed him and continued to the Convention Center, when I needed to go to Sandoval the main quest couldn't be continued anymore and I was stuck there in his room... I don't know yet what happens if you leave him alive, will check that tomorrow. I just checked it anyway and Sandoval remains Hostile and you just can't continue the main quest so this is all useless, unfortunately.
Cool, in Omega you can get to Namir without doing the other objectives. Stand outside in front of the hallway with the locked door in the back that opens up when you upload the virus. Boost up on the building (You can stand there only on a quite small ledge), then fall down on the left side of the hallway on the metal bar, walk on the metal bar (Jump a bit to get over things) till the end and go through the wall to get behind the locked door, take the elevator down, kill Namir and continue.
EDIT: I hope it's just a coincidence but I was just in Panchaea and performed a boost on the platform with those big ventilation shafts, got up on the building and fell through it on a staircase with a double door that leads to the big room with the big robot and the elevator. I walked to the door and the game stalled... I hope that's not in some way related to skipping main objectives from past levels (Because they're still tracked in the menu.) By the way, in Omega there was already something strange. I started a takedown, the screen froze for a moment and a sound from a TV nearby repeated a couple of times, then the game continued. So yeah, I hope it's not because of the sequence breaking that the game becomes unstable or something...
If I perform the explosion boost a lot of times, the screen starts to glitch continuously. But I can fix that by saving and reloading. Edit: btw awesome find with Namir
