Is this really the right video? Going by the kill count in this video compared to a run found here indicates that this is an older run. Also, that youtube run is the current record posted on the leaderboards found here.

This is not Vanity_Smoke's run. This is a PAL run submitted by a different runner.

Ah ok, sorry bout the confusion.

Speaking of PAL, what are the gameplay differences between NTSC and PAL for this game? Going by the gameplay and video stats, it seems to be the same resolution and framerate as NTSC, and going by other videos of the game it appears to play at the same speed. Would classifying this as a PAL game even be valid in this case?

Looks like the video file was not updated. I just compared the video linked above (named deadrising3-v_HQ.mp4) with Vanity_Smoke's older record on youtube and found it to be the same video.
