5 Get manticore soul and aktive teleport
6 Get magic seal 2 in garden of madness and aktive teleport going lost village and get Bjuh axe (you need axe armor and manticore soul if you get bjuh axe)
7 Going Dark chapel and get witch soul
8 Beat Dmitiri and malphas (use Bjuh axe and Axe armor souls)
9 Get valkyrie soul

10 Teleport in Garden of madness
11 Beat Dario use witch soul and bjuh axe
12 Going demon guest room and pick up crown and Devil soul
13 get cutal weapon
14 telport madnes of garden and going clock tower
15 Get magic seal 4 and beat Zephyr (use devil soul and bjuh axe)

Granted, that's a LOT of stuff going on for segment 2 especially since it requires getting the Valkyrie soul which is very hard to get in a reasonable time frame with even the slightest bit of consistency, hence why I'd never run this one.

Isn't the succubus glitch taking you outside of game boundaries, thus not being allowed under the rules?

And how do you skip Abadon?

I don,t mean spaced line my segments. Im save game many times. I know valkyrie soul is really difficult get but Final guard soul is more harder. This soul took my previous run about 4-6 hours. I am pretty sure this game is possible beat sub 50 but im need claim solasis because last boss is very long and extreme hard if you don,t have claim solasis.

Gergoth battle is volunteer but im need gergoth soul because im need claim solasis sword. Im find fast route beat Gergoth. Im get Black panther and hippogrif soul in Abyss and teleport Dark chapel again.

Im speak bad english but anyway.

I have no solution, but i admire the problem.

You don't want to submit this, do you? How would you record the run? With a camcorder?

Beside the succubus glitch, which probably wouldn't be allowed, it is impossible to record a valid run on the nintendo DS.

But i think it would be interesting, so, if you really want to do this run, do and try to record it, i'll take a look when the quality is ok, but don't expect it to be accepted at sda.

I don,t submit my run but Im found good route beat game sub hour maybe sub 50.

It is very big work starting this run because many part took manipulate luck. Just im hate picked up Final guard soul and alastor soul, but my opinion you need claim solasis in last battle because it is very hard beat if you have under 20-level up.

A lot of it comes down to how well you can manipulate luck. A few souls are really good to get, but you're probably best off planning to do most of your fighting with your weapons(underleveled means you won't have much MP anyway). Luckily, Aguni is automatic, and it's really good. Death's the same way for that matter. It's just too bad Black Panther comes so late; I can't think of any other soul that could grant you such velocity.

I'd imagine the biggest practice point in this game would be the magic seals as you'll have to be able to draw every one quite fast first try with no practice during the run. Route planning wouldn't be all too big of an issue in such a linear game; the only real descision is when to do Rahab and which souls to try to abuse. Manticore is probably a good staple boss soul for the early game as few souls are really going to beat a double hit(remember, any souls you are getting will be around level 1). Later in the game your MP will probably be more spent on Aguni and Death(Abaddon might be useful in the final fight; I never used it but it seemed really good). A few other souls could help(Student Witch/Une makes Dmitri much easier for instance, but the automatic Skeleton works too). Mandoraga is supposed to be a really high damager; if you could luck abuse one of those with Skeleton Farmer you might be in really good shape.

Mass Effect 2 can go suck balls.

Abadon works quite well against Menace and I have done well using the axe string of weapons. by the end i had deaths sythe and did 120 damage at level 22 so that may be a decent thing to try. Also the dead pirate soul works wonders against some of the bosses such as abbadon and menace. Also I would think that the tombstone soul would be required for th fact that there are so many freakin medusa heads in the dark chapel an subbteranean hell.

Just Dead pirate +devil combo makes many boss much faster beat. But this strategy not working Menace battle.

Visually Appealing

sorry to revive a dead topic, but ive been playing around with the game a little bit and discovered something interesting.

Soma still has "the Alucard syndrome" where if you swing a weapon in the air and land, the weapon swing is cancelled. for some reason this doesn't work with overhead weapons in this game.

what i have found out is how to cancel weapon swings on the ground. swing your weapon of choice (anything works), backdash, crouch. sure you might move back a little when you do it depending on your timing, but its worth it. try it with the Death Scythe special attack on a big golem type enemy. or a boss fight. it works great when youre cornered. Abbadon comes to mind.
