You would need a savegame that shows consistency (same amount of health, etc.) with the savegame before the crash.
But even then I doubt it would be legit for SDA submission.
How much time does the quicksave/quickload trick after the prologue save ? And is it certain that if you don't do that one, the crash does not occur ?
