What is club nintendo?
Basically you sign up with an account with Nintendo, and you can use those codes that come with their games to take surveys to earn coins to buy items like trading cards, wii-mote holders, and a copy of game and watch for DS.  I signed up for it when phantom hourglass came out because if you took the survey you'd also get a feather stylus pen.  It's actually made of plastic, but looks like a quill pen.

I'm not sure if it's possible to exchange points between accounts.  You could just give someone the codes that come with the games in exchange for something, but the stuff you can buy with the coins doesn't seem worth it.
I am not sure it would be ethical or good.
Exchanging codes for the same game is pointless and exchanging codes for other games seems like an ethical dilemma. You are receiving rewards from Nintendo (if they can be called that is another matter) because you bought the game. So if people are going to get codes for games they actually never purchased? That does not seem right.
It really isn't right...but some do it all the time. But ya I do have an extra code for Smash Bros. Brawl if anyone is willing to trade for another Wii game.
If it is not right, then why would you do it now?
I do not think such a thing should be allowed here.
Its funny because you can buy them off of ebay for like $2...
May be so, but there is a saying:
Just because someone else is doing something wrong does not mean you should.
Or in other words, just because someone else is stealing does not mean you should.

If you want to get codes off ebay, be your own guest. But that does not mean that any other site should follow suit to do such things.
So. Do not take it for granted because someone else does it. This is an ethical question, me thinks, and it is the owners of the site that does the ruling.
There is no stealing going on if you're buying the code, and if you end up buying a game you bought a code for, what are you suppose to the extra code, waste it or sell it to someone who needs it to reach an elite status? I hade to buy a 2nd copies of Brawl and have an extra code. I'm more than happy to sell or exchange it for an extra code someone else have...so if no one wants to trade, it's not a big deal. Just please don't accuse me of stealing...
I am not accusing you or anyone else. Do not worry. I would not do this without proper proof.
While I do see your point, I still do not see why selling a code to someone who did not have the game in question would be a good thing. These codes are supposed to be a bonus to you who bought the game, not to people who never bought the game.
Of course, these codes are nothing serious as they usually only offer small things such as wallpapers or in rare cases, some new pen for DS or some such. Nevertheless, I think the above point stands...
Exoray
This isn't really speedrun related, so this kind of thing should go at some other market place.
