I was thinking of doing a run of this game with a 100% completion which might sounds a little absurd but so far I like it.

I was looking for info on this game, couldnt find much. I saw the old post from 2012 and the sda run, but other than that I can't find any other info about the game so I came up with my own route.

Doing the boss rushes so many times sound like a drag but its part of 100% and I like boss rush anyway so I personnaly don't mind.

I know there is some video out there of fast boss rush but I can't find anything if anyone could point me to them that would be nice.

I try to stream this at least once a day on twitch.tv/lioran

SDA's definition of 100% is just all stages, maidens, and bosses. Getting all of the music tracks (the in-game definition) is not used. You will have to go through either Stage 5' or Stage 7 twice in order to fight all the bosses (Stage 7 will probably be shorter). The definition is based off of Rondo's definition, which is much more sensible.

That isnt really 100% though now is it? What if i want to do a real 100% run of it with RTA time?
When I saw the SDA run I thought it was just a good ending run or something.
Another game where the term '100%' is pretty rediculous. Nothing wrong with the category, but don't call it 100% if the game has its own category for that.

There's definitely a few category options with this game, much like Rondo. Here's what I think.

1. Richter, any%. Just beat Dracula in any way possible using Richter.
2. Maria, any%. Save Maria then use her to beat the rest of the game. This will generally involve a reset after beating Werewolf at Stage 2.
3. Richter, Best Ending. You must save Annette (and by extension, Iris and Tera) which unlocks Dracula's 3rd form. Saving Maria is NOT required.
4. Maria, Best Ending. What the current run is - save Maria, reset, then go through and save everybody else and beat Dracula's 3rd form.
5. Richter, 100%. All stages, maidens, bosses. Must go though Stage 7 or Stage 5' twice to make fight all of L. Demon, Shaft's Ghost, and Hydra.
6. Maria, 100%. All stages, maidens, bosses. Must go though Stage 7 or Stage 5' twice to make fight all of L. Demon, Shaft's Ghost, and Hydra.
7. Richter, Low%. The route is specific: Stage 0, Stage 1 alternate route (vs Serpent), Stage 2' (Oarsman Route), Stage 3' (Dogether), Stage 4' (Dullahan), Stage 5 (Death), Stage 6, Stage 7 (L. Demon), Stage 8 (Dracula, 2 forms only).

I was thinking about Maria Low%, but it would pretty much be the same as Maria any% so I think it isn't a thing. Richter's low% is a different route because he can skip a boss (Stage 2').

And of course, boss rushes can be categories, each type and character being a separate one.
Does anyone knows what's a good time for the boss rush modes. I looked on google and couldn't find anything at all about this game in therms of records
I got 3:51 normal 3:46 dash 8:59 full

Here's one for Full with Maria in 8:00.05 -

The run was originally from Nicovideo, so I'd suggest looking on there.
Thanks! I mixed my strat with the strat shown in the video and I was able to bring my time down by 50 seconds... with better RNG I can for sure get sub 8.
I didn't want to watch any video for a while about it since I thought I might come out with my own strat that people didn't think of. It was a good move on my part.
I couldn't find anything else over to nico video... is that the reported best ever done?
