Anybody know a site where I can get the sheet music from the first Castlevania for piano? It's surprisingly hard to find. I'm not really interested in the songs from newer games; I would like to find the classic songs.

If you can settle for non official sheets a pretty good thing is using a midi-to-sheet program and just grab a midi off of vgmusic.com. They may not be 100% accurate but they usually come in close enough.
Good call. I didn't even think of that.

Do you have any experience with using the midi to sheet programs to make a piano score though? I imagine it probably would give me everything on one staff. I suppose I could write my own music based on the score it provides but I'm just learning so I'd prefer to not have to go to that trouble.

That site has a lot of different sheets. You'll need the program Finale Notepad for the .mus files. Pdf is also present though.

This site has quite a lot of video game sheet music.  A cursory glance indicates it has quite a bit of Castlevania sheet music.

This is why I specified first Castlevania. I would like: Vampire Killer, Wicked Child, Bloody Tears, etc. The Ichigos ones are from later games with different music. I do find some of my music there though. Good site.

Thank you! This site has PDF's too so I can use those. Finale does have a reader program for free though; or they did last time I checked anyway.
