I got it to work! I know you said it wouldn't help it all, but because I didn't have the funds to get both a motherboard and CPU I just got a USB expansion card just to see if it would work in the meantime. And it does. I'll still need a new motherboard/CPU sometime soon, but until then I guess this'll work just fine.

One more question I have though, is it supposed to not stay at a constant 29.97 FPS? It's always a little above or below (I noticed it does that on all the computers I tried it on), but never a constant 29.97.

Again though, thanks for all the help. I guess ASRock motherboards either have bad onboard USBs or they just don't like the GV-USB2.

Yeah as long as it's a little above/below that's normal. It probably means that the capture card is adjusting to the signal coming in from the console.

Good to know the USB expansion worked, guess that means your USB controller on the mobo is messed up. Hopefully you can get a replacement computer soon.
