I want to change my username to ShinLarc

I have looked all over the site or a way to contact mods about this but I can not find any info on it.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

It looks like you already created a profile with the user name ShinLarc a few years ago. I'm not sure we can merge profiles, but would you like us to delete the current ShinLarc profile and then change L33tLogan to ShinLarc? Note that any private conversations you might have had on the deleted account will no longer be available.
