8:33.3 (J) Any% recorded.  I swear that Chelsea will never let me have a save those extra 20 seconds -_-.  At least this time can be beaten by someone else that wants to attempt this.

Anyways, I have that video, and I have the (E) video to be uploaded.  I have also completed my data for this game (thank...god, that was annoying).  I plan to do a twitch stream today to explain many things by showing how to do them and to answer any questions that come in today, and go into discussions and route strategies.

Where should be a good place to upload an excel spreadsheet =x?
Either google docs or a generic uploading site like mediafire
Is there a way to private message on here =x?

Click on someone's name to go into their profile, and then on the top left you can send a PM. Or you can click on the left of the date of one of their posts.
Discussion is happening now for anyone that is interested.

We just finished the discussion and now I understand what's going on.

The glitch that was found was where you select "return to title" a frame before a text box appears. The text boxes can be anything from boss encounters, item acquisitions, signs you read or even the text that appears when you first get a weapon (very relevant). If you do that, you don't end up returning to the title, but you change the value of the starting position of that room to something else. If you then die and use a bunny doll you will wrong warp to another location in the game. Each different text box wrong warps you to a different location. Some warps will put you into a wall and subsequently give you a game over, some will put you in a good position, and some will put you in a good position depending on the tile you initiated the glitch (being an extra tile up, to the left etc. will let you not die in the room you warp to). The excel sheet posted above shows all of the current known wrong warps. It's fairly exhaustive from what I can tell.

The most useful wrong warp is funnily enough the sword acquisition text box. The most relevant position to do it in is the first sword you get in a glitchless run, but you have to get it before the sword falls or you'll get stuck after the warp. This warp puts you into the right side of the room of the back door to the final area. As long as you have the cutscenes triggered (first the purple area then the first boss area) you can fight Chelsea (who is the final boss for those of you who haven't played the game).

I've asked Saver to submit his glitched any% time to tssb as a new category and I'd like for him to post the video here once he's got it uploaded. Glitched 100% is also going to be another category but it has not been routed out yet. I would do it myself and stream it, but the adapter to my controller broke and it's been too long since I've played with a keyboard.
Totally Radical Awesome Game
So, this game has frame perfect wrong warps now? Neat.

Bunny Must Die (J) Any% - 8 33 3 RTA by Saver

Bunny Must Die (E) Any% - 9 15 7 RTA, 7 43 38 IGT by Saver

The question becomes: What to name what category?

Option 1:
Any% Glitched
Any% Glitchless

Option 2:
Any%
Any% (No WW)

Option 3:
Any%
Any% (All Bosses)

Option 4:
Suggestions?
Totally Radical Awesome Game
Well, the run certainly isnt glitchless with or without warps. No WW seems like the best bet.
This game has instant frame buffering though so frame perfect stuff isn't that bad.
Submitted the run to TSSB
Waooow, nice Cheesy I hope you gave them some timestamps to highlight for TSSB! Amazing glitch!
I forgot to =x I was my first submission so I wasn't too sure how the whole thing worked over there XD.  I'll definitely try to improve the time though.
INTJ
Oh my god... How did you find that? o_o

This is amazing

8:34.3 using my Fire Route instead.  Chelsea blocked my WR by exactly 1 second.

I'm still juggling between my Church Route and Fire Route for Bunny any%.

8 33 3 Church Route for reference for the post below

Let's do the math here. With the fire route (route 4) as reference, you were -7.6 before the routes diverged (dump heart) and +18.3 after they converged with a time difference of 25.9 or 26 seconds. Because you're using the doujin version, you have to have full health (or close to it) so that the WW to fire still works. If you're using the international version then you can hit a spike before the WW, which would save about 6 seconds. The international version still loses 1 second per minute from just playing slower in RTA (about 8). You also failed to hit a spike before the eye boss which would've saved a good chunk of time as well. So if we're talking about IGT:
+ 6 from using the doujin version
+ 6 from not hitting a spike
+ 8 from screwing up the purple switch
= +24
It's slower by 2 whole seconds from those considerations alone. There were still plenty of mistakes made in the church route and other small mistakes made in the fire route providing a margin of error greater than 2 seconds. By eyeballing the factors not included I would have to say that the church route is faster by about 8 seconds (and RTA would be 14).
What makes it even more complicated is that if it's possible to parry the spikes you warp into, then you save 8 seconds by not getting the heart, which would make the IGT run pretty much even between the routes.

TL;DR: I'd say that church route is faster, but I can't say so conclusively.

Bunny Must Die (J) Any% - 7:46.8 RTA Church Route

Notable changes:
1) Created a faster first boss strategy (used in the Fire Route video).
2) Fire kick to the right side of the second room of the Church area (maybe a little faster?)
3) Time stop strategy in the third room of the Church area.
4) Figured out a way to start Chelsea Phase 2 without losing a cycle without jump boots.

Notable mistakes:
1) Missed the first cycle elevator before the second boss.
2) Bad Dracula kill location (wanted to skip victory pose).
3) Didn't lower health correctly during the purple area.
4) Chelsea 4 trolled me.
5) Had to die once to Chelsea.

The rest of the mistakes should be minor, around 6 - 10 seconds total.  Sub 7 30 coming? Getting a run to start correctly is the biggest pain of the entire route.

I like how the first wrong warp starts at 3 minutes, purple area starts at 4 minutes, and the last wrong warp starts at 6 minutes.  Milestones set!

Fire Route is looking quite lonesome right now...
That run looks really good. I wish my controller adapter could get here sooner so I can try it Sad

I messed up my previous post in the tl;dr. I meant church route and I said fire route.

The Jade route is now unlocked!

Bunny Must Die (J) Any% - 6:31.5 RTA Jade Route

I made around 5 seconds of mistakes before Chelsea, and 6 seconds of mistakes during Chelsea.

Updated an above post to show the Jade Tower times against Fire and Church.

Now if only we could have a purple route...then the cycle would be complete.
So something that's relevant that I just learned when trying to do the jade tower warp. If you hold up and start you don't pause. Instead what happens is that your dash boots gets turned off.
That means that when you try and do wrong warping you can't be holding up.

This doesn't happen with escape, but escape can close your game if you push it too much.
I think that the wrong warp to Jade Tower is one of the easiest to pull off.  The reason is because after you dash kick up-left, you grab the item, and on the first text box, you just hold escape until the pause menu pops up.  When getting the third time power up, a frame will pass by between the first text box and the coming two textboxes, so there's almost no way to miss it.
Interesting discovery.  I can add one more wrong warp to the list that I could not previously pull off.

It is possible to wrong warp on Chelsea's final defeated text by being past the right door but not hitting the final room's loading zone when the text activates.  I had around a .40 gap to do it.  The closed door will crush you on the screen reset.  Doing so will warp you to the purple area, one room before Chelsea's devil boss, top-right inside the wall, falling through the room until you hit the bottom right loading zone.  This makes a nice shortcut to get to the Yellow Orb.

I'm thinking if this could be used in the 100% run, where you fight Chelsea earlier on and then collect the rest of the items =o.  This is a hard one to pull off, so maybe it won't be used, but I really want to see some potential in WWing via the Chelsea fight intro text to purple.  If only A) you didnt need the Chelsea cutscene in purple to open the third cutscene, B)  WW via Alice then go backwards, or C) Do the first part of purple normally but for some reason not do the second half yet.

It's such a pain needing to get the yellow orb and then backtrack to the dolphin room.
And I thought I was done routing 100%... that one warp opens up so many possibilities, but at the same time it could still lead to nothing.

If you're curious the current 100% route isn't that interesting. You warp off of signs to go through the purple and yellow doors in the forest area w/out orbs. The remaining warps are done after the dolphins with boomerang -> time -> time.
Here's a highlight of me doing the route (poorly):

I still can't get an any% run going but I do have some frame data.

A parry can be done by pushing any direction within 8 frames of getting "hit" including the frame you get hit.
Whenever you push a direction and you don't parry within those 8 frames, you have 40 frames (including those 8 frames) before you can parry again. If you were to push a direction on the 38th frame and get hit on the 41st frame you will parry.
When you do parry you have 13 frames of invincibility before you can get hit or parry again. While you're in the air, the 6th frame is the frame where bunny starts flipping. This means that as long as you're constantly "getting hit" you can push a direction every time you see bunny flipping and constantly parry. I looked this one up because of that goddamn jade tower laser parry.
Bunny Must Die (J) Any% (No WW) - 13:28.9 RTA

Perhaps eventually a sub 13 will come about.
