Heh, I know you meant that in a sarcastic tone, but there are tons of things to do if you can't play video games.
I got banned from video games, television, and the internet (only for work purposes) for about a year (I whittled it down to 6 months) for being caught looking at illicit websites when I was 16 :o. And that was right after I had bought SSB Melee :(. It wasn't too bad, I got a lot reading done, and read almost all of the Middle Earth books,
Actually, I haven't really played any video games for about 4 months (don't have a TV), but now that winter break is up, I can go back home and play ;D. And then in another 3 weeks (when break is over) I have to "survive" another 4 months (barring spring break) without my "precious". Well I do have a computer, so I guess that's not entirely true (but I don't play PC games that much).
It's not as bad as you think. I actually haven't bought a new video game in a year (last one was NBA street V3), so my interest in video games has died down a bit, but I still love watching speedruns.
Biggest announcement for me: Ninttendo releases Donkey Kong Country 2.
Best experience: Playing Mario Kart 64 for the first time.
When I don't play video games..(is busy at times)it gives me time to just think about what I want to do.
Part of the reason I play video games is because I need alone time to get away from my parents... So if it wasn't for the way they treat me most of the time...I may not even play video games... but that goes back to being very young and not...eh... meh...
Well as far as me being hyped for a game... In recent memory I was very excitied about Super Mario Sunshine, Metroid Prime 2 Echoes, Pikmin 2, Wind Waker, and of course the Zelda Collectors edition.. GBA game Mario and Luigi Superstar Saga (if I get anything for christmas I hope it is the sequel) What was the biggest for me? No clue...
