Okay I got an cheap Videograbber, Easycap or whatever they called, anyway, with it I got EZ Grabber, a tool that captures the video/audio from it, and well it works, but are there any better? What are my alternatives?
My capture card only supports 50hz PAL so .. yeah, It gotta support that

EDIT: I tried VirtualDub and DScaler, and both was able to record but my whole computer went like SLOOOOOW. ( I guess my capture card must use Dshow, or whatever its called)

Yes I know you do, but I dont have one and all I can find is some very expensive ones, here in sweden..
Anyway, I dont plan to speedrun anything/submit it to this site but I wanted to know if anyone got tips on good recording software..
most people use either virtualdub or dscaler.

What settings (video codec etc) did you use? Might be something in that, I don't know Vdub to take a lot of CPU.

Vdub and DS btw are the only two I would've suggested; they're staples really >_>

Only other thing I can possibly think of (without getting into paid stuff) is VLC, which has a Convert option. If you edit the settings for the MPEG-2 preset to 8000kbps video, 320kbps audio, I think it'd be workable.
wonder if he doesn't have dedicated video hardware and the cpu is drawing the preview video on the screen.

I dont really know what you mean there, but both Vdub and Dscaler (dscaler isnt too bad) but my computer just becomes really slow when I preview the video, in EZ Grabber (the software that came with it) theres no lag at all.
dont know if my pc specs helps:
AMD Phenom2 x4 955 @ 3.7ghz, Ati HD5770 1gb, 4gb ram, win7 x64
you can capture using whatever software as long as you can capture losslessly and then just dump that into anri.

Hmm then I can pretty much say this:
my capture card sucks

My capture cards definition of lossless (or well, this is straight from vdub, was hard taking those screenshots because of lag):
