It doesn't seem like there are people running new game categories, so I guess I'll set some rules?

New Game Any% - Can use level skip exploit, No Encores
New Game Any% No Level Skips - No level skip exploit, No Encores
I guess these should be added since NG+ games have weapons that can help a lot, and having only the one weapon in NG makes it a lot harder to speed things up.
