Crispy and only Crispy~
Hi, I am wondering if it would be possible to do a segmented run of Battle Kid: Fortress of Peril.

It's an indie game done by a hardcore NES fan. This is a homebrew game, and it is heavily based off of the popular indie platformer game, I Wanna Be The Guy.

Now, the thing is, this game is playable on an actual system, because it was built as an actual cartridge. http://www.retrousb.com/product_info.php?cPath=30&products_id=86

So yeah, is this game SDA-approved? I'm curious.

EDIT: Ah, right. Can't forget to add some gameplay vid:

Yes, the game is allowed, and I'd love to see a speedrun...single session, though; don't be a puss.
Would be interesting yes, but a segmented run? From boss to boss or checkpoint to checkpoint?
Hi! I'm andrewg!
I think you may all be seeing some Super Meat Boy and Battle Kid action from me sometime in the near future. Wink
