Don't know if scheduling info is needed yet, but I wanted to make sure I gave you a heads up before it becomes an issue. The week of the 14th, we'll be in an exercise at work and I won't be able to take leave, and due to my job being shift work, I'll be on a swings schedule which cuts off basically 1pm to midnight for me. However, I'm still willing to run, it just couldn't be in that timeframe. Sorry if this causes any issues Sad

So, in case my submission makes it into the marathon, I want to let you know that my schedule changed a bit. I think in the submission I wrote that I'm free whenever, but at the time of the event, I'll be having a Russian class on weekdays in the times between 1 to 5 PM GMT. So I definitely cannot take a time slot in those should it fall on a weekday. Otherwise, I should generally be fine, though a tentative schedule would be appreciated, so I can tell you whether a timeslot is ok or not. Smiley

I think generally a schedule/final game list would be cool just so we can practice.

Just for the record, at least as far as I know, a tentative schedule should be released with a good amount of time to spare before the marathon proper.

So yes, there will be a horse trading stage for those who can't do their timeslots for whatever reason.

EDIT: I should probably make it clear that we're not going to put people in bad slots on purpose. But you know...stuff happens.

Oh, hey, major adjustment to my availability. I am unavailable from the 17th to the 21st of April as I'll be at my parent's place for Easter. If there'll still be marathon going on on the 22nd and 23rd, I can still do my runs as they're short, but I can't run anything during the weekend so I won't be surprised if I end up mising the whole thing.

OK, major thing here.

Can people check their availability for the weekend of April 12-13?

My family is considering taking a trip from the 15th to the 18th, and we will (possibly) be away for at least most of the weekend of the 19th-20th.

This might actually be easier, considering people will have plans for Easter.

We have about 36 hours of games, so we'll easily be able to fit into the weekend. (I'm thinking a 10 PM EST Friday to 10 AM EST Sunday would work well) Although, the more the better. If you have any (or want to learn any and think you can by then), submit them in! We're probably going to leave the signups open for another week or so- but we really need people's availability for the 12th and 13th.

Umm, if this is held on the weekend of April 12-13, then it will be overlapping with the Metroid marathon (which I'm playing 3 games for).

Also, could I have you guys drop Wizard of Oz from my submissions? I don't know if I'll have it up to snuff by the time this thing rolls around, and I need to practice for the Metroid Marathon as well.

Welp. Didn't do my research on that.

Let's push this back then. Since Easter weekend is a nightmare for everyone, let's just be safe and push this back to May 3rd-4th. I think it sounds good.

If everyone could confirm their availability for that weekend either in this thread or a PM to me on here or Twitch, that would be great.
