I am actually very new to speed runs. I attend on playing assassin's creed 1 any percent with glitches on the xbox. Is there any glitches at all that help out with speed running and what are some ways to do it fast?

You should check the knowledge base of SDA, the hiddenblade thread about Phi (numbers)' segmented run, the Wymorn RTA run on Twitch, the SDA forum thread(s) too. Let me know if you don't find all these things.
