So I've been taking a break from Super Metroid, Sonic, Mario and other stuff and wanted to run this.
I've ran this lot's before but now that I think about it, I dunno if anyone else has ran this.

For those of you who have, I've got a pretty good route planned out and it's all good, but I was wondering if anyone knows of any glitches that might aid me?
I've seen a few on youtube but they could be hard and probably un-viable in a run.

I haven't played the single player in LR much, aside from getting everything. I have played a lot of vs mode though, so I know the ins and outs of AC movement and stats/builds.

Do you have good control over OB? As in OB slide jumping, gliding, etc. I also imagine running an HM hover with boost brake canceling could be good.
Also for the route, is it all endings or just play till credits?

As for glitches, there are any I can think of that would really help in a speedrun. In some cases you can glitch through floors but i've found it very difficult to reproduce and it's seemingly impossible to get back in bounds.

I know nexus has a glitch where you can get the parry blade hitbox to stay out forever but I know it was removed for last raven
