I currently have the splitter listed here, and while it works, it generates a noticeable buzz to all outputs that is not present in the original signal. So, I'm on the hunt for a new RCA splitter. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Fucking Weeaboo
CE Labs makes fantastic splitters. They come in various outputs, so you should find something that works for you.
I found this while looking earlier, but that is most assuredly the same splitter.

I was looking at this one but it's a little on the pricey side. But then again you get what you pay for.

Never really knew they made these types of things for having one input and four outputs (or just that type of thing), etc.. Hmph.

They do. And they're very useful. Well, it is for me at least. CE Labs has several variations, covering composite, S-Video/composite, component, and component/composite. There may be more, but these are the 4 I can think of off-hand. I use the S-Video/composite and Component variations.
