I've been having a curious problem with Anri-Chan that I hope someone here can help me with.  I've encoded most of my Dungeon Keeper 2 run but Anri Chan now refuses to encode any of my videos at all, even those that worked before.  The program gets stuck at "Ending Operation" after entering a file path.  If I force the virtual dub process to stop a couple times I get a nullvediopass failed message and some recommendations.  I've reinstalled Anri-Chan a few times but that hasn't done anything.  I installed the CCCP so I don't think its a codex issue.  There is only one video so I don't see it being a resolution/framerate mismatch.  The characters and video paths were valid before, so I don't see how they could be invalid now.  What are your suggestions?  I've included the program output below:

contents of Error_verifysource.log:
vdub NullVideoPass failed
vdub NullVideoPass failed
vdub NullVideoPass failed

Possible causes:
- Path to video file no longer valid
- Video codec not installed properly
- The videos do not have the same resolution and/or framerate
- Anri doesn't recognize a character in the filename/path.

Thread title:
is there a .avs file anri makes in the project directory? if so what happens if you manually open that in virtualdub?
There are 4 .avs files in the project directory.  They all seem to get stuck when using virtualdub 1.9.7.  For infotemplate, line 1 column 8 seems to be a comma in notepad.  Here are the outputs of each:

Avisynth open failure:
Script error: syntax error
(C:\Users\Anthony Malmgren\Desktop\Error\infotemplate.avs, line 1, column 8)
Does Error.avs load up properly in virtualdub? For an AVI file, loading Error_source.avs directly should also work.

If there was an avisynth problem, there should have been some avisynth error in the log file. "vdub NullVideoPass failed" is kind of a last resort error message, it's what I wrote in if vdub returned anything but a 0 (0 is good).
They load up properly, they just stop at the points above.  I don't see a log file created, but it the Error_Verifysouce file says:

vdub NullVideoPass failed
vdub NullVideoPass failed
vdub NullVideoPass failed

Anyway, I've tried Yua and found that it works for encoding the videos, so I'll leave it at that.
