Audio is good, no cheating detected.  There's some stutter in the video, though I really only noticed it when the player was moving around

That's a pretty short run for an "extended edition." Wink  It's also not hard to follow what you need to do in this run, which is nice.  That said, it seems like the runner could have pushed the rocks off the dirty object about half a second faster, and could have cycled through items faster in a couple instances, thereby breaking the glass above the door and grabbing the gear piece faster.  At first glance it looks like you can go in the door faster as well, but apparently it takes a second for the game to register that the task that unlocks it has been completed.  All told, it looks like this could be about two to four seconds faster by a (very) rough estimate.  Personally, if I saw even one second of reasonable improvement in a run like this I would have gone back to improve it, so unless there's something else at play when breaking the glass and grabbing the gear piece (a delay caused by the game, for example) I'm going to have to reject this run.
Never played this game.

There is some stuttering in the video. I looked at some youtube clips and it might just be the game, but I'm not sure. Would have someone with the game to confirm if it's normal or not.

This is a very short run (~2 minutes). It's a bit of slow walking, a few point and clicks, some more slow walking and suddenly we're done. Even if there were some precise trick involved, I would expect that this kind of run would be without visible mistakes. However, there is some fumbling with the window above the door and the next sequence looks a bit slow as well. I encourage the runner to try again and see if it's not possible to squeeze a second or two more out of this run (maybe watch the Gone Home run that was recently published for a standard to strive for?). Unless there is an explanation for what appeared to be time losses (no run comments provided), I recommend a

weak REJECT
Yeah, the problem with this submission right now is this: there may be more of those in-game timed delays before you can do certain things. This looks the case with some of them and might justify e.g. not hitting the thing above the door immediately. However, we don't know. No run comments either. Mistakes too evident for such a short run especially in selecting the right item to use each time.

It's weather time!
I played this game a bit a while back and I do specifically remember the video sputtering all over the place (even on my friend's insane gaming rig). So that's not the fault of the player, just to get that out of the way.

This game's inventory is pants-on-head retarded by the way, and because of that and not having any notes to go on I can't tell whether the item switching was to trigger a glitch of some sort or whether the runner just mis-selected an item. Regardless, I do think that for a run this short a few more attempts wouldn't kill the runner (less than a minute if the runner's timing is accurate). I know hitting the thing over the door, or anything for that matter, can be a bit finicky in this game (even casually), but when you're talking about a sub-minute run, hitting it first try would save very crucial seconds to the run. I'm going to say reject, but more on the grounds that I feel the runner could possibly shave a couple seconds off of the run with a few more attempts, not that this is by any means a bad run.
Decision posted.
