Getting a better time. Need to work on sewer, mandus spirits, and the bilge glitches.
Bad movement. Overall okay. Still pretty early in the series so easily improved.
First time doing Farming the World glitch actually. Cheesy

Edit: To clarify something real quick, I don't use a Video Editor to cut the loading screens out. I don't know if you can actually do that while live streaming, and making the highlight on twitch. I use DxTory to capture my game in fullscreen. DxTory does not show the loading screens, but it will show the end when the loading screen is about to fade off for some reason. Just need to clarify that.

Great video tejbi. I don't currently have the game. I'll be picking it up asap but as far as "climbing the pipe" or whatever it is, do you just walk into it and it pushes you up? Or is there a special strat to climb up things.

To climb that pipe just continue to run into it and keep jumping. Once you start speedrunning the game, you will figure it out fast.
There is a big concept to why this works, but its a long story.

Ok I have used another browser to watch the videos. Nice find with the huge pillar but .. the other two are kinda documented already and can't be used in a SS run. The save glitch is a resett to the game so it would have to be SS with resetts which is a hole other category.

are we clear on how timing should be done? i personally think it should start from the Samuel Johnson quote (you get control after about two minutes but there are no loading screens after that point). i think we can all agree the final button press = end

Save clipping basically uses a prop that is pushed into your hitbox while crouching. In AMFP you mainly use chairs to do it. You grab one, find an area that should have a thin hitbox on it's own, crouch with your back against that wall/area and slam the object into your hitbox. Then you just save and reload the file. If everything works out you should clip through.

There are a few instances where this tricks will not work since the developers sometimes use invisible walls / hitboxes to block off certain paths for good. Hope that's all correct and it helps.

Finished this last night so been learning the route today. Might have found a clip to skip using the pig but its not complete yet, and not 100% sure it'll be faster

Route is actually quite fun right now. I've run through the game a few times with all the current strats we've come up with. I think we have a run shorter than TDD already.

first RTA using skips for every single level we know of so far was 1:0315. the sewers right now are absolutely killer. gonna consider a reroute that might make it safer.

beating this game glitchless quickly is easy, but beating glitchless time using actual skips and such is gonna be really hard, for now

Oh, I see. I found a clip in that to skip the gate area as well, however, it wasn't as consistent. I'll fiddle around with it to find a consistent way to just pass through

I did a 58:55 run last night with glitches on every level except 10, 14, and 16 i think (because i didn't know any). It was pretty bad too, I failed hard on 12 i think for about 6 minutes. Going to be going for better times and incorporating newer skips tonight (probably).

So I did manage to find an OoB route instead of the flying pig.
Its probably faster but at the moment I just wanted to show the concept as the initial setup with the chairs is basically random at the moment (I tried finding a decent setup but I couldn't)
Also I'm new to Amnesia glitches so I don't know if the boost jump is really difficult or I'm bad

I don't know when you found this oob but .. I found that a few hours after release just with a different setup. I scratched it for pig flying though but now I'm not sure if it's not faster because the pig slows down your movespeed.
