Let's see...
Looks like an easy accept to me.  Here's why:
First off, that routing is superb.  It's not every day that someone routes stuff out better than the TAS of the game.  Not only that, but by better routing, with a human run, is faster than the TAS.  It would have been very easy to simply use the same routes as the TAS of the game, but the runner researched his route and found something even quicker.  That's dedication.
Those boss battles were very well done also.  Especially the final boss and having the exact amount of grenades from the launcher to finish the job.
A/V looks good to me, no cheating detected.  Again, accept from me.  That made the game look ten times easier than I remember it.
cheating: none
A/V: good quality
I get the sense of dizziness when watching Ripley going back and forth, its obvious the runner planned the routes very well. destroying every single xenomorph in the path swiftly was superb. the boss battles were excellent especially when preserving ammunition as efficient as possible. read what Cosmyk  has mentioned about routing and TAS difference thus I will say Accept.
Get over here!
A/V: Good

No cheating detected.

Is that really hard difficulty? The runner makes it look so easy to beat the game. Also I guess my memory of the third movie is busted or something. Can't remember all those weapons. Anyways .. excellent routing and fighting. All those guardians just destroyed like nothing.

Easily an accept !

A/V is good. No cheating detected.

I've played the game a lot though I have yet to beat it. Routing is great and the play is great. Accept.

I played the game as a kid, and it kicked my butt. Seeing this, well... its a brilliant run. Having the exact number of grenades for the final boss... oh my that is some extremely tight planning. Even if the game has nothing to do with how the movie ended. (I won't spoil how the movie ended)

A/V is fine.

This is an easy Accept
Decision posted.
Awsome! Thanks everybody!
I'm addicted to games
Can someone do me the favor of writing an intro to this game for its game page?

Developed by Probe, Alien 3 is a 1992 platformer loosely based off of the 1992 film of the same name. In this adventure, Ripley runs around Fiorina 161 while shooting a multitude of Aliens and rescuing the prisoners of the penal colony planet. Incidentally, there are more aliens and prisoners in the game than in the movie.
