I haven't been given a specific date. But Mike told me, and I quote:

So I don't know much else, sorry. I would just reserve something if you think it's a good idea, just in case. You have until the day before your reservation to cancel free of charge, so it's not too big of a deal. Again, not unless you think you need to, cause you could be potentially taking a room from someone else if you do that.

Also updated the spreadsheet, and I had to change a lot at once, so I suggest everyone look over it and tell me, especially if you found a room and don't need to be listed on the first tab anymore.

Question, I was never billed for a day's stay as a deposit, which is what I normally expect. Do we just pay the whole amount in full when we arrive?

The only way you will be billed for a night's stay is if you were to cancel your reservation within 24 hours of your stay. Otherwise you will be billed the full amount when you arrive.

Hey all, I am new but i have been following the community for quite a while. I am really looking to come down for the winter session. But i know NO one personally :(. I am 24 coming from Columbus,Ohio. I checked the booking for the hotel and it seems to be only double beds at $99 a night.... Can anyone give me some suggestions or anything?
