It can be split at the front desk if people are using a debit card/cash. Otherwise you'll be sorting it out yourself if someone uses a credit card.

Hey guys I'm looking for a room I want to be there for the whole thing so I can arrive on either the 2nd or 3rd and leave on the 10th or 11th. Waiting on a room to book my flight (I'm from Montreal) so if you have room and wouldn't mind giving me a spot that would be awesome. Thanks!

I'll also arrive on the 1st. Planned to stay with Tjp before the event, which won't happen. So I'll likely stay at the hotel from 1st and leaving on 14th.

Flights to AGDQ are the cheapest one the 1st, going home, they're the same on the 12th and 13th so I'm happy to go either day
