Okay, hopefully I can explain this without being too confusing. Smiley

I have an open room from the 7th through the 12th.

From the 7th through the 10th, I have one roommate (Caitelady, who can be safely removed from the Looking for Roommates part of the spreadsheet--and so can I for that matter, since I will be the one reserving this room). She's decided that she'd prefer only to bunk with other girls, so if any other females are interested in joining us for any time between the 7th and 12th, please let me know!

However, Caitelady is leaving on the 10th, but the room is open through the 12th. I've already reached out to a couple of people who want to stay for the bonus stream. Geurge will be staying in my room for the 11th~12th, and TimpZ will be staying for the 11th. So my room has one slot open for the night of the 11th, and two slots open for the night of the 12th, if anyone of any gender would like to take them.

To put it in a more visual way:

sagev3, I don't have the room itself booked yet either. But I think this problem (of a date being completely booked) similarly happened with the 9th and then got cleared up, so hopefully that'll happen again with the 8th and I can make the reservation. Either way, you can stay with us if you want, though (as long as you confirm you're female)!

3-4 and 7-9 can't be booked anymore it seems, be aware.

We (Me, Jimmypoopins and PDT) are still looking for a 4th person for the dates 1st-11th. (TAKEN BY TIMPZ!)

Yes. I can modify the length of stay/type of room/etc, so I booked it. If the 3-4th open up ill extend the reservation to include those nights.

FYI, Website Option no longer works for me, but I did call to reserve with no issues.

Reserved a double bed for 3rd to the 10th. Would prefer to only have 1 other person, but could open it up to 4 if people really want to reduce cost. It will be 50$ a night because of the 2 people in case anyone wants this option.

One of the spots in our room (2nd-12th) opened up, so we're looking for a fourth to fill it. Prefer it to be someone I know, but it's not a big deal.

Sorry, everything's been really busy lately. Everything is updated, and as far as reserving rooms and such, I suggest you do one of two things:

1. Call the hotel
2. Contact, I think, CoolMatty. I believe he's handling that while Mike is sick.

I don't really know more about the situation unfortunately, but we do have 760 (!!) people attending this year, so assuming every room is 4 people, that's still 200ish rooms. It has been extended, but we originally only had about 140 doubles to begin with iirc
