I am doing 4-8 Portal magnets this time in cross stitch based on these patterns http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g217/bikyclist/Craft/image-1.jpg.  The originals are in black but I'm adding the orange and blue of the portals to each one to give it some flair.  I'd like to send each one to someone different instead of as a group.

One of them better be the cake. If it isn't, we're rejecting the entire thing. Tongue

A_cute_lynx: DId you mean for the bag to be a prize? If so please submit it using the form linked in the first post of this thread.

If you want them to be given out separately then please fill in the form once for each prize so that we have a way of tracking them independently.
I was planning on making some cross-stitches, but now seeing all these cool prizes I'm feeling slightly flustered!

As an example this is one I'm almost done with.

Don't be flustered. Looks great!

Sir VG: The first one I'm doing is the cake, believe me!

Moooh:  I don't know how many I'll have done yet (I'm hoping for all 8, but I have a full time job).  Should I wait till I finish each one to make an entry or what?

I just showed this to my wife, and her eyes said "I WANT THAT!"

Please submit it. It's amazing.

Mecha Richter: Kreygasm

A Cute Lynx: I hope it looks as nice as it does in the photo.

Sambrea: That's a cool concept for a prize.

Zyx: Your prize definitely belongs in the cool prizes club. I agree with doicm, you should submit it, it's amazing.

You'll need to include a picture of the entry, so I'd say submit each one as you have it finished. That way even if it takes you a while to finish the last one, you're not losing out on the earlier finished ones.

all right, sounds good, I'm actually almost already done with the first one (CAKE!!!) after only a couple days, i guess they're going to go faster than I thought!
Submitted....

Mabec: I added your metroid prizes. As for the other things, while they sure seem to be awesome prizes it's probably better if you hang onto them until we have a game in one of the marathon that's actually related to any of them.

Awesome Gyre!

Is it too late to contribute prizes? I am an artist and have done a few works in both pipecleaners and digital and was interested in submitting a prize. I can provide links to my work just let me know so i can take pictures of the pipecleaner models.

You still have over a month to contribute a prize, you're not too late at all.
Glitchless, Run More
Sounds good. I will get some quality images in to show what I can do as far as the pipecleaner models go. Below is a link to a picture I did back in August as an example of what I can do. I can get the picture printed and framed.

Think we should get this guy to make something for us?

I think so. It could also work for a grand prize too. On a side note, brony + video gamer = epic sauce Cheesy
Just a guy
The Majora's Mask or Hylian Shield would probably be the best one (just to appeal to the most people)
Submitted better pictures and a signed version of Binding of Isaac (incase you run that game)

And that Martian Glasswork looks awesome. And expensive. And terribly scary to ship.

Check out the schedule and you can see which games are being ran. Binding of Isaac was ran last year and is not on there this time.

There's an independent game store around here that sells local video game artwork, and There are several prints that they have for sale that are really awesome looking.  I'm looking particularly at the the Battletoads in the middle (probably my favorite) and the Flea, Ozzie, and Slash at the bottom.  I think the Air Man pic in the middle-left is hilarious, but it's probably not quite appropriate for the younger viewers.  I'd love to pick some of these up if you guys want.

I saw a boxed copy of Batman at estarland. I was tempted to get it as part of the NES bundle since it's part of the NES block, but I held back.

Sir VG: Yes. I'll try contacting him soon. While I am willing to pay for something nice, I would say my threshold is high hundreds (and that's for a grand prize, I wouldn't pay anywhere near that for anything else). A lot of the stained glass art goes well past that threshold, and like Mabec said, they would be frightening to ship.

bassdeluxe27: That's some nice art!
