Did 3 runs. All 3 runs beat my Super Missile PB. Run 2 was the 1:18 I linked.
3rd run was deathless until stealth section, had one death there, 2-3 on the way to Mecha Ridley, and stalled at Mecha Ridley thanks to some of the most bullshit patterns ever. Clocked in at 1:30:xx.

Tied/beat the Redline WR for Star Fox 64 in 2 tries tonight with a 34:11. Also, got a 680 for Area 6 in a no reset score run, which is incredibly strong for that stage.

@Molotov I am quite a fan of the Fire Emblem series, and suggest that you do as much manipulation as you can remember. Just make sure to make frequent comments, or if you have a commentator, make him aware ahead of time of some of the more impressive tricks. Knowing that leaving Florina in extreme danger will get the RNG to allow a critical on the boss would definitely be something viewers would want to know. Those with an intimate knowledge of the RNG in the GBA FE games might be able to figure it out after the fact, but letting them know ahead of time wouldn't hurt.

I am very hyped that a Fire Emblem game has finally been accepted at a speedrun.

Yeah, the commentating thread'll hopefully go up soon; any news on this mods? I haven't heard anything about it. If anything, I'd probably end up offering to commentate for FE7+FE8.

Did some more serious Little Nemo practice today. Beat my PB twice(!) so now it's down to 23:27 SDA-timing (~24:46 converted to english version time).

Bad run but it shows that I'm improving my late game significantly (went from about +1:00 to +:35 during the last like 5% of the run)

I did a full F-Zero X GP master run for the Ludendi Halloween marathon that I would also be doing at AGDQ.

I finished the regular cups in 40 minutes 45 seconds with my estimate being 50 minutes.

I had one bad crash that cost like a minute at Fire Field but that’s also one of the most risky tracks. What it told me is that my strats for the regular cups are really polished now for a marathon and all that’s left is practice to get it faster and maybe even add some risky stuff on some tracks :D.

I also did the 2 Disk Drive cups right after it. My final time was 1 hour 13 minutes and 45 seconds with my estimate being 1 hour 15 minutes.

The Disk Drive cups certainly were a lot more troublesome but trouble was mostly focused on 3 tracks, Silence 3, Sand Ocean 3 and Big Foot. I have been practicing all these tracks a lot since I had never really developed marathon safe strats or GP strats for them. Some of them worked out really well (Mute City 4) but some of them lean themselves really well for cpu trolling or weird crashes. Silence 3 had like 5 minutes worth of crashing (because you have to redo it if you crash). With some good practice on these trouble tracks get it more consistent and safe I can shave probably about 10 minutes of this realistically in a marathon safe run to get around the 1 hour mark if it’s really good.

Goatragon!
Been continually working on Journey to Silius.  Steadily holding at or around 11:30, which is a decent run and 13 seconds more than my PB.  Hoping to get the average time down a few more seconds, but at the very least I'm now very consistent on Stage 3 and Stage 4.

Streamed a practice run of 11:33 and then followed it right up with an 11:30, both deathless: http://www.twitch.tv/zakkydraggy/c/3189038
Got a new PB for Mario Kart 64 150cc GP Speedrun with skips two days in a row.

Yesterday I got a 32'02: http://www.twitch.tv/dntn31/c/3182715

Today I got a 31'29: http://www.twitch.tv/dntn31/c/3189380

6+ hours of good shit

there's a new trick in mmx I wanna test out before doing a run.  however there's a charity stream going on in my channel this sunday so I'll begin mmx runs next monday.  new trick is early hadouken on d rex and if it's rta possible it'd be sick to show off.  but yeah sorry i haven't been streaming there's just a lot of small things im trying to implement in my route.  promise to have videos here monday
I got the Bastion NG any% world record last week with 16:24, then didn't play it for 8 days. I got one run of 17:05 yesterday, and one run of 16:38 today. Over the remaining months I'll probably spend a lot of time with other categories just to get more hours into the game, as I'm already really comfortable with NG any% and there aren't many possible optimizations.
Only Offense Will Survive
Started to practise last week in order to pull off the Salazar Float Glitch more often and now I am able to do it everytime I guess but I have to grind it out just to be sure. I will stream this weekend for some WR attempts and I am confident that I can surpass the 1:38 (Wii). If someone is interested: http://www.twitch.tv/sunblade89

So, it turns out Sacred Stones can be beaten in roughly 1 hour 20 minutes using an RNG planned route. See here for more details.
Had some good Surgeon Simulator runs today, All under estimate from 15-17 min.  But! The devs of the game showed up in my chat and want to get involved with AGDQ via a Skype call during the marathon! HYPE!
I have been practicing and doing runs in all dungeons for OoT. I recently improved the world record by over a minute, my PB is now 1:39:03. Here is the link http://www.twitch.tv/moltov/c/3194084 :).

Got a 2:44:25 with load times removed. Less than 10 minutes of time lost from loading checkpoints. A bunch of time to save still, but this is the first pretty good run of the game. I accidentally reset my splits partway through but it was about 3 hours and 30 minutes realtime on my slow ass computer.
We did some more BL2 Co-op this morning and got a new WR 2:27:59 in game time.  Still had 2 crashes that we have to look into, but overall some solid practice.  Can't wait to practice more in person at the venue! I'll post the highlight later.
http://www.twitch.tv/mistermonopoli/b/477083188

Did a full game run last night. The first 1:50 of the run went very well. Then I tried a new strat at the end that I wont ever be doing again because it made me lose a potential sub 2 run. Still a good run up until that point though.

Raelcun, should I adjust the estimate? Or keep it the same?
We require more minerals
Need to do more runs before I can give you an answer to that. There's multiple points that can cause some major time loss, mostly the final mission. It might come down a little bit but I probably want some buffer if only for the final mission.
been practicing warpless smb1 quite a bit. Almost broke the WR a few times, but with marathon practice I've been getting sub 20 minutes, and under 21 minutes basically every time now. I'm feeling very good about the run.

Also practicing small-fire mario. Smiley
HELLO!
Went 6 for 6 in attempts today.  E.T. is ready. It really is. http://www.twitch.tv/presjpolk/b/477810041  Now I just have to maintain that state of readiness until January. Smiley
