thinking about getting a 360, any games yall recommend? Some that I can really sink some time into would be best (need a cure for boardom).

Boredom when you're playing Mystical Ninja?

If you're looking for a time sink, you could try Oblivion. What kind of games do you like? RPGs would be the biggest time sink unless you're going to get into multi-player, then I hear there are some FPS and arcade games that are pretty good, but I can't remember the names.

My feelings on The Demon Rush

I would say Just Cause 2, but I think you already have that game for PC. There's a lot of good XBLA stuff, so let me list some:

Bionic Commando: Rearmed
Trials HD
Super Meat Boy
Half-Minute Hero
'Splosion Man
Rez
Space Invaders Extreme

I hear Limbo is really good too, but I haven't played the full version yet.

Scott Pilgrim (it has the Double Dragon 2 Knee attack)
Castlevania: SOTN
Castle Crashers
Braid (Short, but very clever video game design)

Looked up the games i have not seen yet, and DAMN. Now I cant wait to get some of them. How about some non XBLA games? One of m roommates has been playing Nier and that looks awesome to me. Yes I love my RPGs. I like all games really except I am not fond of FPS. I do play some, but I don't play them often at all. And you will almost never catch me playing a sports game such as Madden, I still find it amazing how many times people will buy the same game with a different number on the box...

Here's a short list of RPGs I'm looking into:

Arcania: Gothic 4
Blue Dragon
Culdcept Saga (board game where you fight with a deck of cards for control over each tile)
Dragon Age: Origins
Dragon Age II
Eternal Sonata
Fable (there's 3 at the moment, not sure which would would be best to start)
Fallout 3
Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection (I got this for the Phantasy Star series and Shining Force 1 + 2)
Tales of Vesperia

(Check my backloggery wishlist for more.)

I'd also suggest checking these out as they're popular (I haven't played them):
Assassin's Creed II
Bayonetta
Mirror's Edge

Gonna Stab a Doc......

Start at Fable I if you choose to go that route. If you enjoy third person shooters, Lost planet is a good one to look at. The Assassin's Creed games are also good, (in my opinion). Enchanted arms if you enjoy Strategy RPG's then Enchanted arms is one to look at.

Just for reference, A game not listed here or a system not listed does not mean I don't have a means to get or play anything. I do live with Carc and he has just about anything I don't and vice versa. During an active poll, bring up other ideas for runs. Again, any system is doable. And don't forget about PC.

Shoot out ideas. I like that the last poll had some attention to it. Here is the next set to choose from after I am done with Ledgend of Mystical Ninja. Again every one can pick 2 options and this time the poll will stay open till I am done with the current game.
