Hangout works for me here in Germany, but I can't use XSplit for it. It always switchs back to my webcam.

I've yet to become a partner, although if I do I hope I can livestream. I can't even use Google+ livestreams because my account age is 17 (you need to be 18+) >_> Also, katsukity, that's HDMI right? If so, that's amazing! Good job to you and and loopy!

I don't know if I can ever be a partner on Youtube, one of my recent videos has been soft flagged with a notification from a music company of a track: Bronx River Parkway.
Twitch.tv which is a better site for speed runners to be partnered, unfortunately most of the top followers plays old Nintendo games, I tend to prefer speed running newer games such as ones from the DS and soon the 3DS.

Sorry, I want to clarify something here. Is +5,000 yen for USA version for just the pre installed mod, or for the stand alone (no 3DS) as well? I couldn't find anything about the 5,000 on either product page. I thought I read earlier in the thread that region didn't matter, but I can't seem to find that now so I may have wrongly assumed that at some point.

I think that katsukity is charging a flat fee of 5,000 yen (about 63usd) to simply install the mod. you still have to supply both the 3DS system and the capture board.

Except that his site values the install at 1,800 yen and says he'll do it for free (aside from obviously shipping it to him)

StreetPass Dubai told me, that Katsukity's boards are different, software-wise.
They don't have any recording Button, unlike Loopy's.

Don't know why they just wouldn't lock the viewers to 499, but well.

Are you there for Gamescom as well? Me too for the first time. Though you can check out pretty much all stands in one day (we did that on Wednesday). None the less pretty cool Smiley

Wow, this is exactly the kind of hardware upgrade I've been looking for on the 3DS. I can't stand playing on those tiny screens. I'm trying to research and find people also able to mod units such as Game Gear, Neo-Geo Pocket, Nokia N-Gage, Game.com, Atari Lynx, and the Wonder Swan Color Crystal (in case someone is thinking it, I don't care, emulators suck). This'll be one less thing on my list. I'm trying to get a way for all of my portable units to head to the TV. Loopy, you really are amazing with this item. Keep up the good work! I'll also be interested in this when you're finished.

And that's why I live in the UK. But seriously, I feel your pain. I just recently had to wait 5 weeks to get my Wii fixed. That was even more of a pain in the arse.
