I guess I'll put my name in the hat for being interested in this. However, I won't be in a position to purchase it for a while, so please take your time loopy, put your best foot forward, and great job so far.
I'm getting a smaller shipment this week but they are all spoken for. If you've already made prior arrangements with me (you know who you are) then you'll get yours soon.
I would love something like this... could never bring myself to accept pointing a camera at a screen. But I don't have $200 for it - I'd prefer to get something more useful for that. I guess that's just the way low volume things work.
Well, I only have about £5 right now (about $7.80), so don't feel bad. EDIT: I just counted my money, I have £8.17. Some of which will be spent on a Snickers bar. A bit more on topic though, nowhere near enough to purchase this device.
I wasn't even thinking about Christmas, maybe I shouldn't be spending that kinda money right now. I'll figure something out. This is really a matter of "when" not "if" for me
YamiHoshi, how would you use this for a live stream, like you did? I assume you used XSplit or something similar, but is the process any different to using a normal capture card?
I started the delivery of the 3DS capture device. 3DS is a Japanese edition. I give service to assemble 3DS. English edition(USA) +5,000yen http://katsukity.ocnk.net
To answer SmeepSP's question, it's easy. XSplit recognizes the Capture App, and crops it perfectly. However, in order to Live Stream on YouTube, this is the following Setup: 3DS Capture App. XSplit (captures the Capture App). Wirecast for YouTube (uses XSplit as a camera).
It's because if you want to Live Stream on YouTube, you must use the App called "Wirecast for YouTube", which is available for Windows and Mac only. The problem is, Wirecast doesn't recognize the 3DS Capture App as a "capture device" or "camera", unlike XSplit.
G+ is totally fucked up. You can't even use it here in Germany and from what I've seen via proxy... Not too convincing. Why not use own3d or twitch? Never had problems with them.
Loopy, good! I didn't see why I should have 2 Broadcasting Apps open, for only 1 Live Stream.
Vuze, you're the second German that says so. I don't understand why it happens exactly in Germany (I haven't test yesterday, when I had the chance, because I had no stable Internet in Cologne, anyway). I do have Twitch, but I still have a way bigger audience on YouTube.
