720x576, 4:3, 25fps
Thread title:
can you upload the source video?
try encoding using anri. d4 f2 3d. or maybe crash is already in the database, not sure.

just curious - what are you using to capture? what settings?
I use these

Capture Card: EasyCAP DC60+ v3.1b
Capture Software: VirtualDub 64-bit

I use x264vfw for compression and settings looks this, without x264vfw videosize is huge

Crash Bandicoot is 50Hz, so I record with PAL_B.
Framerate 25fps.
Resolution 720x576, I can change it, it's not a problem.

I don't know what more you need, these are basic settings.
it all seems ok to me. only thing is you may get chroma ghosting due to x264's yv12 colorspace. can tell for sure when you post your anri test.

I did new quality test video and you were right nate.
I check from "Ways to get your run rejected for video quality" and I saw this "Basically, don't use YV12. H.264/DivX are always YV12, another reason you can't use them to capture.", I recorded with x264vfw which change colorspace to YV12, so I take it off and recorded without it.

This time I show other stages than one.

i don't see any evidence of chroma ghosting. you can't submit this though since the resolution is wrong. anri does all that stuff for you.
