Sandbagging
Why would you upload that? ...
Go read the thread about posting quality tests again http://forum.speeddemosarchive.com/post/how_to_post_a_video_quality_test..html

Hint: Encode with anri-chan and upload the LQ,MQ and HQ files.

do i need this really because in the mario kart wii quality test thread he uploaded the raw file too there
You are using your DVD recorder correctly, if that is what you wanted to know. (the guy in the mario kart thread was using his device wrong)
You can (could??) mail finalized DVDs to SDA and have them encode it.
But if you were planning to encode the runs yourself, there are more steps.

oh okay idk that he used his device wrong

i wasn´t planning to encode this myself because idk about anri chan i must learn how to use it and it takes some time maybe

my question is can i upload the raw file anywhere and send the link to Flip and the sda crew can encode this if not i must use anri chan then
You can have nate encode it. The best option would be to torrent it to him, so just send him a PM when the run is completed so he can give you all the info.
Make sure the DVD record quality is sp or better.

yes okay that sounds good have you watched the test already i think it is sp on my dvd recorder
SP is usually 4.5-5 mbps, so yeah that sample is SP.
