Well, I heard that I can use Intel Codec, which is available on Windows by default.
I wish I have used that one a lot earlier, it's awesome!

Interesting speedy progress here, it's looking good now and I can't wait for it to be ready.

Similar thing for my DS phat, I've bought myself another 3DS. This one is black which I am planning to send once it is ready.

When it is ready, I'll update the first page that has a link to the more recent discussion and PM the admins to keep this topic sticky. I am not planning to unsticky the DS phat mod topic because it has a few advantages over the 3DS when it comes to playing DSi-enhanced imports such as Pokémon Black (2) & White (2) and GBA unlockable features such as Advance Wars Dual Strike maps and transferring GBA monsters to DS on Pokémon DPPt, HGSS.

I've already been told about it, and I'm now using a different Codec, which suits me better.

3DS capture board test is done.
My PC is 8core system,I can play 3DS board 60fps.
core2 sysytem,30fps to 55fps.
connect to AQUOS 3DTV,play 3D mario LAND, no problem.
It is very nice sysytem.
If a viewer comes to support 3D(side by side), I can use HMD of Sony.
bandicam is the best to record a play of 3DS. I can record it in 60fps. The capacity becomes small, too.

Why moan about the amount of space needed? Just buy a new hard drive.
You ALWAYS need much space if you want to capture stuff.
I don't care if I need 5 GB or 40 GB for one hour. I can always recompress later.

Probably(?) It's hard to answer that kind of question.
Capturing shouldn't be a problem. If you're doing video encoding as well, it depends on the codec, quality settings, fps, etc.. so I can't really say.

Wow, this looks great! Question: Will you make a version of this for the 3DS XL, and would the XL's larger size change anything, like you being able to insert more features? Trying to figure whether to get a 3DS or a 3DS XL and this information could help me greatly!

XL: no immediate plans, but I'll probably look into it later on. I doubt any extra features would be added (like what?)
