lol, i just assume everything pre 1996 is 2d ... everything on gba too. it makes the lq look way better at least if nothing else.
Exoray
I didn't think of this at first, but the invincibility blink when you are getting hit is actually a frame alternating blink meaning that Aladdin is sometimes completely invisible after getting hit. So changing it to 2D then.
and that would be why.
Magician Lord on the Wii VC: d4 f1 2d is my educated guess. Sample off a PAL DVD Recording.

Using that guess, I encoded a sample off the same recording for a quality test. I'm on XP SP3 and followed RaneofSOTN's guide at the KB to produce the video with Anri-Chan 3. I uploaded LQ, MQ and HQ versions of the quality test sample. Attached the log file.

Thanks in advance.

your choice of settings is correct except for this game use 1-pixel bob instead of retard bob. i'm not sure why but it looks better that way even though you can still see it's been deflickered. this must be a new deflickering filter nintendo is using for some of the vc emulators instead of the one they used on the gamecube/game boy player ...
Crysis for Vista

Thanks.
Crysis is D1 F1 3D.
Bucky O'Hare for NES

http://www.megaupload.com/?d=CD1AQIWB

Though it's an old 2D game, I just want to make sure, as it's my first time using anri-chan. I'm using Vista, Anri 3.0, and followed Rane's guide.

Thanks!
D4 F1 2D

People aren't seeing the attach feature in this forum? There is a 50 MB max file size after all, perfect for this thread.

1 pixel bob: yes

Summoner: A Goddess Reborn for the Game Cube

Sample attached below. Sample came out really wide though... recorded at 720x480

D1 F1 3D

Although it is strange that the height was halved, don't know why that would happen.
Willing to teach you the impossible
Thank you, Ill post a quality test vid soon. Im running another game atm, lol
Argh. The sample extractor explains very clearly that the height being halved is done on purpose.

Quote from bmn:

To avoid problems with interlacing and yv12. You can weave the fields to get interlaced mode back.
Oh, so it's a straight extraction; separate the fields and encode, I get it.

...never used the sample extractor before, but looking at it I do see that notice ^^
