This game is a couple of years old and a relatively obscure indie title, but great fun and IMO good for speedrunning. It's a stealth game where the guards move randomly so you cannot simply repeat a memorized route, you have to think on your feet a little, although a lot of floors do have a fast and reliable route.

There is an any% run by Pentaleks that is listed on Speedrun.com:

It it's actually not that good, but it is there, and it inspired me to try and beat it. So I did, by almost fifteen minutes:

But I still think significant improvements can be made.  I did this weird thing on Crisp Rd (where you first get the glue) trying to lure the second guard into the first room but Pentaleks just threw glue inside the second guards little side room so the guard would not walk out and see him waiting for the lasers to go off. I'm not sure why I didn't think of that. There's probably a whole bunch of other stuff I haven't thought of too.

One big difference is that Pentaleks seems to be using a controller rather than the mouse. This makes throwing gadgets slower, and I suspect it leads to him not throwing gadgets when it could save time or even get him out of trouble. So I recommend the mouse, or if you insist on using the controller, remember to use your gadgets.
