Side note: due to the tech side of doing a coop ds game, we were unable to stream, must have both ds's plunged into a wall, the hosting player mush not be generating a second video source (the one capturing), and they must have both ds's within 2 feet of one another. This all was discovered during attempts to prevent any lag and make the game speedrunable. It was also discovered that sacrificing a goat and putting its blood over the mantle of the fire place and door posts during a full moon also helped prevent lag. Thanks to blat for doing that for us.

The first DS co-op speed run ever as well! Does it show the other player's status on just one DS, as if it was a console game?
No unfortunately, but we had to make a sacrifice so that the game lagged less, and capturing from both systems would stress out the host's DS. It doesn't matter too much though; all you're missing is the weapons that I'm holding and how many lives I have. The weapons I hold are pretty obvious since me and K are constantly using and switching them.
Right now Heidman and K are in the super early planning stages for Super C low%. They'll stream sometime tonight with probably audio commentary for Contra 4 with Sean Velasco, one of the devs from YachtClubGames (previously worked for WayForward)!

Hi everyone! We're winding down the conference now. We finished Super C Co-op low % this morning. We took a stab at Contra Any %, but the fatigue was starting to set in. We'll be restreaming our runs at about 7 PM EDT.
